Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea unor benzazepine cu formula generala I: (vezi formula) sau a sarurilor acestora acceptabile farmaceutic, în care R1 este o grupa metoxi sau etoxi, R2 si R3 sunt independent unul de celalalt hidrogen sau o grupa metoxi constînd din aceea ca un compus cu formula generala II: (vezi formula) sau o sare a acestuia în care R1, R2 si R3 au semnificatiile de mai sus se trateaza cu o cantitate catalitica de acid ales dintre acidul clorhidric, acidul sulfuric, acidul metanosulfonic si acidul trifluor acetic, la o temperatura cuprinsa între temperatura camereiu si 50 degree C, în prezenta unui solvent inert ales dintre apa, acid acetic si amestec acid acetic-1,2-dimetoxietan.
