Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru întarirea termica a sticlei prin racire brusca a sticlei încalzite la o temperatura situata deasupra punctului de înmuiere, cu curenti de material sub forma de particule, prin care, în scopul optimizarii transferului de caldura de pe suprafetele articolelor din sticla si al îmbunatatirii calitatii articolelor din sticla, se proiecteaza spre sticla curenti de particule aerate compacte, fiecare curent avînd o porozitate de 0,9...0,4, de preferinta 0,76...0,4, componenta perpendiculara a vitezei pe suprafata sticlei fiind de 1...5 m/s. Instalatia pentru realizarea procedeului, conform inventiei, cuprinzînd mijloace care contin sursa de material sub forma de particule spre sticla, este prevazuta cu una sau doua conducte, conectate fiecare la cîte un vas care contine materialul sub forma de particule si care sînt astfel pozitionate încît creeaza o presiune pentru alimenatrea cu particule aerate a unor duze aferente conductelor de laimentare, în interiorul carora sînt amplasate adiacenr intrarii în duze niste tuburi poroase la care sînt conectate o conducta de alimenatare cu gaz si eventual o conducta de extractie a gazului.
