Abstract

Procedeul de obtinere a peletelor din minereuri de fier si, de preferinta din cenusi de pirita, cu un continut de 0,1...0,5% As, conform inventiei, prevede preamestecarea în proportiei de maximum 5% si, de preferinta 2...3%, cu un material reducator purtator de carbon, granulare în conditii uzuale, uscarea peletelor obtinute la 150 degree C, timp de 30 min, dezarseniere prin încalzire în atmosfera reducatoare la peste 800 degree C, de preferinta, la maximum 1000 degree C. în scopul obtinerii unor pelete calitativ superioare, cu un continut de As rezidual de maximum 0,01% si, de preferinta, de 0,005%, prin stropire purtatorilor de fier fin divizati, în proportiei de minimum 0,5%, cu smoala, aleasa între, smoala la tratarea termica a huilei, smoala de la carcarea termica întîrziata, carbune rafinat cu solvent si smoala de extractie din petrol, cu temperatura de înmuiere cuprinsa între 30 si 300 degree C si, de preferinta, între 60 si 150 degree C, greutatea specifica la 15 degree C cuprinsa între 1,02 si 1,90 si, de preferinta între 1,09 si 1,50 g/cm3, avînd un raport atomic H:C cuprins între 0,2 si 1,5 si, de preferinta între 0,5 si 1 si un continut însumat de benzen solubil si chinolina insolubila cuprins între 0,4 si 70% si, de preferinta, între 20 si 40% si dezarsenierea, de preferinta, al minimum 900 degree C a peletelor astfel obtinute, uscate preliminar.
