Abstract
Procedeul de reducere directa a minereului de fier oxidic sub forma de macroparticule, conform inventiei, se realizeaza într-un reactor vertical cu cuva si pat mobil, cuprinzînd la partea superioara o zona de reducere, în care minereul alimentat la partea superioara a reactorului circula liber descendent în contracurent cu un gaz uzual de reducere, constituit în principal, din monoxid de carbon si hidrogen alimentat la baza zonei de reducere, preîncalzit la o temperatura între 750 si 1100 degree C si, de preferinta, între 800 si 1000 degree C si evacuat la partea superioara a zonei de reducere, în partea de mijloc o zona intermediara izobara si izolata termic, iar la partea inferioara o zona de racire, în care fierul spongios rezultat prin reducere este racit, circulînd descendent în contracurent cu un gaz de racire, care este alimentat la baza reactorului si evacuat la baza zonei intermediare, curentele de gaze de reducere si de racire fiind alimentate în zonele respective ale reactorului, prin circuite separate. în scopuloptimizarii procesului de reducere, se regleaza debitul de alimentare a minereului de fier oxidic în reactor, pentru realizarea curgeii...
