Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de laminare a tevilor pe laminoare pas de pelerin care permite realizarea unor produse de calitate superioara si cu un randament ridicat, printr-p corelare corespunzatoare a numarului de lovituri cu aducerea lingoului între cilindrii de laminare. Numarul de lovituri se determina pe o anumita lungime iar parametrul obtinut se compara cu alti parametri deduti empiric sau prin calculul apoi se modifica parametrii reali de functionare. Numarul de lovituri este controlat si modificat în tot timpul procesului de laminare.
