Abstract
Procedeul de obtinere a tablei din otel silicios cu structura orientata cub pe muchie, prevede elaborarea unei sarje cu continut de maximum 0,07%C, 2,7-3%Si, 0,05-0,15%Mn, 0,02-0,035%S si/sau Se, 0,024-0,040 Al total 0,005-0,0090% N, impuritati uzuale si Fe rest, turnare în lingouri laminate la cald, recoacerea initiala a benzii laminate la cald de maximum 1175 degree C, timp de minimum 30s, urmata de racire în aer si de calire în apa de la minimum 700 degree C la o temperatura sub 400 degree C în mai putin de 200 s, urmata de laminare la rece la grosimea finala într-o singura trecere de reducere a grosimii cu cel putin 80%, de decarburare, de acoperire cu un strat refractar izolator si de recoacerea finala pentru orientare structurala în atmosfera reducatoare, la temperatura de minimum 1090 degree C. în scopul îmbunatatirii caracteristicilor magnetice de pierdere în miez si de permeabilitate în directia laminarii, se prevede recoacerea initiala a tablei laminate la cald timp de maximum 3 min, în intervalul de temperatura cuprins între 1040 si 1115 degree C si calirea în apa în intervalul de timp de 10-50s începînd cu 700-870 degree C, cînd procentele de aluminiu si azot ale tablei supuse tratarii se afla într-un domeniu situat la dreapta sau dedesubtul liniilor definite de N% = 0,009 si de raportul (%Al-0,022): %N = 0,83 si recoacerea mentionata în intervalul de temperaturi cuprinse între 1115 si 1175 degree C si calirea respectiva începînd cu 870...1090 degree C ambele în intervalul de timp indicat mai sus, cînd procentele de aluminiu si azot ale tablei.....
