Abstract

Inventia se refera la un cuptor de topire cu arc electric, cu doua bai, care poate fi aplicat pentru topirea unor materiale greu fuzibile, constituite din aluminosilicati. Cuptorul cu arc electric cu doua bai pentru topire, este format dintr-o baie de topire care comunica cu o baie de încalzire. Vatra baii de încalzire este realizata, conform inventiei, sub forma unei cuve racite cu apa, cu doua trepte. Una din treptele cuvei, cea alaturata la mantaua baii de topire formeaza cu aceasta din urmaun unghi egal cu 110...125 degree C iar cealalta trepata a cuvei este dispusa în raport cu prima sub un unghi egal respectiv cu 175...148 degree C. în ambele bai se introduc electrozii prin bolta cuptorului.
