Procedeu de preparare a poliaminoacizilor din hidrolizate de colagen, caracterizat prin aceea ca hidrolizatul de colagen anhidru si atomizat cu greutate moleculara medie de 5000...70000 se acileaza în mediu de solvent organic ales dintre cloroform, tetraclorura de benzoil sau clorura de hidrolizat si în prezenta unei baze organice aleasa dintre trietilamina, piridina sau N-metilpirolidona la temperatura de 50...80 degree C, timp de 2...4 h, dupa care derivatul N-acilat al hidrolizatului de colagen obtinut se trateaza în mediu de dimetilformamida cu izobutilcloroformiat folosit în raport de 10...30% fata de compusul acilat, la temperatura de -5...5 degree C, timp de 0,5...1,5 h, apoi cu hidrolizat de colagen nemodificat în raport de 50...150% fata de compusul acilat în prezenta aceleiasi baze organice adaugat în doua etape, la temperatura -5....
