Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de preparare a derivatilor esterului malonic mono si disubstituit, cu formula generala: (vezi formula) în care R si R1 reprezinta un radical alchil, iar R2 reprezinta un radical alchil sau hidrogen, prin alchinarea esterului malonic cu halogenura de alchil, la temperaturi cuprinse între 35 si 78 degree C, în prezenta de alcoxid de sodiu, adaugat cu un debit controlat în asa fel încît pH-ul mediului sa nu depaseasca valoarea de 9.
