Abstract

Prezenta inventie se refera la un procedeu de fabricare a unor nitroparafine si la o instalatie pentru realizarea acestuia, prin nitrare în faza gazoasa omogena a unor hidrocarburi cu 1...4 atomi de carbon cu peroxid de azot în prezenta de oxigen si recircularea unei parti din hidrocarburile mentionate, eventual, în prezenta de monoxid si/sau bioxid de carbon. Procedeul de fabricare a unor nitroparafine cu 1...4 atomi de carbon, prin nitrarea în faza gazoasa omogena, a unor hidrocarburi saturate cu 1...4 atomi de carbon cu peroxid de azot, în prezenta de oxigen si recircularea unei parti în hidrocarburile nereactionate, eventual în prezenta de monoxid si/sau bioxid de carbon, este caracterizat prin aceea ca, reactia de nitrare se realizeaza în circuit închis la presiune de 1...30 at si temperatura de circa 332 degree C, apoi efluenti rezultati de la nitrare...
