Abstract
Procedeu pentru separarea acidului fluorhidric gazos printr-o adsorbtie pe materiale solide fin divizate, în care materialul adsorbant fin divizat, cu dimensiunile particulelor de 20....30 niu constituit din oxid de aluminiu calcinat sau din aluminatde sodiu, este fluidizat într-un reactor cu ajutorul gazelor care contin acid fluorhidric si care circula cu o viteza de 1....5 m/s, iar dupa separare din gaze substantele solide antrenate se recircula pentru formarea stratului turbionar circulant,c onform inventiei principale, brevet RSR nr. 63498 caracterizat prin aceea ca substantele solide antrenate cu gaze sunt supuse separarii în fractiuni cu granulatie mai mare separate sînt recirculate în reactorul cu strat fluidizat dupa care substantele solide cu granulatie mai mare separate sînt recirculate în reactorul cu strat fluidizat pentru formarea unui strat fluidizat circulant, iar pentru separare se conditioneaza suspensia de substanta solida gaz prin adaugarea de apa în reactorul cu strat fluidizat pînî la o valoare a rezistentei prafului, de cel mult 10 la puterea 12 ohm/cm.
