Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unui produs activ, de uz uman, pentru reglarea florei intestinale, prin biosinteză, cu ajutorul microorganismului Bacillus subtilis, care cuprinde fazele de: obţinere a inoculului prin cultivarea tulpinii ICCF-77A, pe un mediu conţinând extract de porumb şi săruri minerale, la 30...32°C, timp de 18...20 h, bioproces propriu-zis prin dezvoltarea vegetativă pe un mediu identic şi în aceleaşi condiţii, cu sporulare maximă în proporţie de peste 90% a populaţiei bacteriene, între 22...26 h, decantare şi centrifugare la 3000 rpm, timp de 20...30 min, sub răcire, uscarea biomasei sporulate prin liofilizare, obţinându-se o pulbere cu 1,7 . 10...2 . 10spori/gram, proteină brută cu 8...15% substanţă uscată şi aminoacizi liberi: acid aspartic, valină, leucină, acid gluconic, alfa-alanină şi metale grele 0,001%.
