Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un procedeu îmbunătăţit de preparare a 4,4'-metilen-bis-(dibutilditiocarbonatului), cu culoare ASTM mai mică de 2, prin reacţionarea unor soluţii apoase de dibutilamină şi hidroxid de sodiu cu disulfură de carbon, tratând produsul de reacţie obţinut cu diclorură de metilen, urmată de stripare la vid, separare de faze şi filtrare a clorurii de sodiu precipitate şi anume, în timpul reacţiei cu disulfură de carbon, temperatura amestecului este menţinută la sau sub 15°C şi striparea la vid se realizează în două etape, mai întâi, între 45 şi 100°C şi la o presiune de 5...50 kPa, apoi separarea de faze se face la o temperatură între 35 şi 50°C, urmată de striparea fazei organice, separate la vid, de asemenea, la o temperatură între 45 şi 100°C şi la o presiune de 5...50 kPa.
