Abstract

Inventia se refera la o instalatie pentru introducerea aditivilor în masa topiturilor, fiind utilizata, în special, pentru introducerea aditivilor gazosi sau solizi în otelul sau fonta lichida, continute în agregate de tratare a metalului în stare lichida. Instalatia este alcatuita din mai multe ansambluri de injectie (A, F) amplasate pe peretele unui recipient cu metal lichid (B). Ansamblurile de injectie (A, F) sînt alcatuite dintr-un bloc refractar (3, 14) strabatut de mai multe canale de injectie (p) prevazute la un capat cu niste ansambluri de blocare (C, D, E, G) formate din niste piese în forma de cupa (5, 12, 13) sau tubulare, prevazute cu o portiune (h, d') cu rezistenta mecanica scazuta.
