Abstract

Inventia de fata se refera la un procedeu de prelucrare a granulelor de diamant, destinat îmbunatatirii aderentei granulelor de diamant, ce urmeaza a fi utilizate la executarea de scule diamantate, în liant. Procedeul de prelucrare a granulelor de diamant, conform inventiei, consta în înglobarea granulelor de diamant într-o pulbere metalica fina, din fier, cobalt, nichel sau un amestec sau aliaj al acestor metale, la o temperatura de 700...900 degree C si supunerea lor unui curent de hidrogen sau gaz cu continut de hidrogen, timp de 3...600 min, dupa care granulele de diamant sunt curatate cu un acid care dizolva pulberea metalica.
