A PRESENTE INVENÇÃO REFERE-SE A MÉTODOS PARA A IDENTIFICAÇÃO DE MICRORGANISMOS PATOGÉNICOS E/OU GENES DE RESISTÊNCIA, ATRIBUINDO A CADA ESPÉCIE UM COMPRIMENTO ESPECÍFICO DE AMPLICÃO E CORANTE FLUORESCENTE, DE ACORDO COM PAINÉIS PREVIAMENTE CONCEBIDOS, E AMPLIFICANDO O ADN PRESENTE NA AMOSTRA NUMA REAÇÃO DE PCR MULTIPLEX. OS MÉTODOS FORNECEM UM MEIO PARA IDENTIFICAR E DISCRIMINAR AGENTES PATOGÉNICOS MICROBIANOS OU MARCADORES DE RESISTÊNCIA, DE ACORDO COM UM PAINEL PREVIAMENTE CONCEBIDO, DE UMA AMOSTRA ESPECÍFICA DERIVADA DE CLÍNICAS; OU EMPRESAS DE ALIMENTOS, PRODUTOS FARMACÊUTICOS OU COSMÉTICOS PARA A IDENTIFICAÇÃO DAS ESPÉCIES MICROBIANAS INFECIOSAS OU CONTAMINANTES.
