trata-se de modalidades de um método e um sistema para sequenciamento de microbioma melhorado que podem incluir: gerar complexos de rna guia para um conjunto de alvos correspondente a um conjunto de táxons associado à afecção relacionada a micro-organismo; processar a amostra biológica com os complexos de grna para gerar fragmentos de ácido nucleico de micro-organismo que compreendem um conjunto de regiões de extremidade associado ao conjunto de alvos; ligar o conjunto de regiões de extremidade a um conjunto de adaptadores que compartilham uma sequência adaptadora; e amplificar o conjunto de alvos com base no conjunto ligado regiões de extremidade e um conjunto de iniciadores que compartilham uma sequência iniciadora associada à sequência adaptadora.
