Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka do napojów. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, prowadzaca do oryginalnego wyeksponowania tworzacych go elementów, a przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnych proporcjach oraz ukladzie linii tworzacej jego powierzchnie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 jest kopia fotografii wzoru, fig. 2 rysunkiem przestawiajacym wzór w widoku z boku, a fig. 3 jest rysunkiem przestawiajacym wzór w widoku z dolu. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest bryla obrotowa, której powierzchnia zewnetrzna stanowi polaczenie fragmentów powierzchni stozków, cylindra, czasy kulistej, paraboloida i torusa. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, leading to an original display of its constituent elements, and manifested in original proportions and the arrangement of lines forming its surface. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 is a copy of a photograph of the design, Fig. 2 is a drawing of the design from a side view, and Fig. 3 is a drawing of the design from a bottom view. According to the industrial design, the bottle is a solid of revolution, whose outer surface is a combination of fragments of cones, a cylinder, a spherical sphere, a paraboloid, and a torus. Starting from the base, a section of the bottle's surface transitions from a paraboloid section to a wider cylindrical section, then into a low conical section with an upward taper, then into a high cylindrical section, forming a centrally located narrowing, from where it transitions to a low conical section with a downward taper, then into a wider cylindrical section, from where it transitions to a spherical cap section, then into a section of the inner surface of a torus, from where it transitions to a conical neck with an upward taper. The conical neck is topped by a cap with a filler opening. The bottle is green. Essential features of an industrial design A beverage bottle being a solid of revolution, the outer surface of which is a combination of fragments of cones, a cylinder, a spherical cap, a paraboloid and a torus, and in addition, the conical neck of the bottle is topped with a head with a filling opening, is characterized in that it has the essential features of an industrial design, according to which, starting from the base, a fragment of the bottle surface passes from a fragment of the paraboloid surface into a wider cylindrical part, the first one then passes into a low fragment of the conical surface with an upward taper, and then into a high fragment of the cylindrical surface, forming a centrally located narrowing, from where it passes into a low fragment of the conical surface with a downward taper, and then passes into a wider cylindrical part, the second one from a fragment of the spherical cap surface passes into a fragment of the inner surface of the torus, from where it passes into a conical neck with a taper pointing upwards, moreover the bottle is green, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1, 2 and 3.
