Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest krzeslo tapicerowane. Krzeslo tapicerowane utworzone jest ze stelaza drewnianego, który tworzy nogi, konstrukcje oparcia i siedziska. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest obicie tapicerowane w postaci skóry lub materialu skóropodobnego utworzone z kawalków tych materialów i pozszywanych. Takie obicie jest na oparciu i siedzisku krzesla tapicerowanego. Zszycia czesci skór obicia i siedziska tworza od góry w dól dwie linie lukowe, a poprzeczne zszycia sa w linii prostej. Linie zszycia poprzeczne dziela oparcie na cztery pasy i siedzisko na trzy pasy, a linie pionowe dziela oparcie i siedzisko na trzy pasy. Oparcie dzielone przez linie lukowe tworzy uklad róznych pól skórzanych. Tych pól jest dwanascie na oparciu i dziewiec na siedzisku krzesla tapicerowanego. Oparcie posiada ksztalt trapezu u góry podstawa jest szersza, a u dolu wezszy odcinek. Siedzisko równiez jest w ksztalcie trapezu, przy czym szerszy odcinek stanowi linie czolowa krzesla tapicerowanego, a krótszy odcinek stanowi dól oparcia. Boki krzesla tapicerowanego sa dzielone w szerokosci takiej jak poprzeczne pasy na oparciu i siedzisku. Czolo krzesla tapicerowanego posiada równiez dzielony pas wedlug szerokosci pasów na siedzisku. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is an upholstered chair. The upholstered chair is made of a wooden frame that forms the legs, backrest, and seat. A significant feature of the industrial design is the upholstery, made of leather or a leather-like material, made from pieces of these materials and sewn together. This upholstery covers the backrest and seat of the upholstered chair. The stitching of the leather sections of the upholstery and seat forms two arc lines from top to bottom, and the cross stitching is in a straight line. The cross stitching lines divide the backrest into four strips and the seat into three strips, while the vertical lines divide the backrest and seat into three strips. The backrest, divided by the arc lines, creates an arrangement of various leather fields. There are twelve of these fields on the backrest and nine on the seat of the upholstered chair. The backrest is trapezoidal in shape; the base is wider at the top and narrower at the bottom. The seat is also trapezoidal, with the wider section constituting the front line of the upholstered chair, and the shorter section constituting the bottom of the backrest. The sides of the upholstered chair are divided in widths corresponding to the crosswise stripes on the backrest and seat. The front of the upholstered chair also has a strip divided according to the width of the stripes on the seat. An upholstered chair based on the industrial design is shown in Fig. 2, in a frontal view. Fig. 1 shows the upholstered chair in a frontal view, where the stitching lines are straight lines. Fig. 8 shows the back view of the upholstered chair with a zipper in the center. A variation of the upholstered chair is the chair shown in Fig. 2, where the central, arc-shaped stitching lines on the backrest and seat are a significant feature. A variation of the upholstered chair is the one shown in Fig. 3 in a frontal view, where the essential feature is the rectangular backrest. A variation of the upholstered chair shown in Fig. 4 is a chair where the essential feature is the sides made of a single piece of leather, and the front of the chair is divided as in the previous variations Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. A variation of the upholstered chair shown in Fig. 5 is a chair where the essential feature is that all sides, including the front of the chair, are divided. A variation of the upholstered chair shown in Fig. 6 is a chair where the essential feature is the trapezoidal backrest, where its lower part is wider than the upper part. A variation of the upholstered chair shown in Figure 7 is a chair where the essential feature is that all sides of the chair are made from a single piece of leather.
