Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bateria stosowana do umywalek i zlewozmywaków, montowana na ich górnej powierzchni. Bateria przejawia cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci w zakresie nowego uksztaltowania i wzajemnego polozenia elementów skladowych. Wszystkie elementy baterii maja postac róznej wielkosci, nieregularnych figur o zaokraglonych ksztaltach, wzajemnie sie przenikajacych. Bateria umywalkowa, w widoku czolowym, ma postac zblizona do stozka scietego, z lekko rozchylajaca sie podstawa, ulokowana na podstawie w postaci pierscienia Korpus baterii, widoku bocznym, ma postac lekko pochylonego, scietego stozka. Z boku korpusu baterii wyprowadzona jest wylewka baterii, majaca postac zwezajacego sie luku. Od góiy korpusu baterii ulokowany jest uchwyt sterujacy o cylindrycznym ksztalcie, zakonczony plaskim jezykiem.W widoku od góry, elementy baterii maja ksztalt nalozonych na siebie, jednostronnie splaszczonych elips, przy czym jedynie podstawa w postaci pierscienia ma ksztalt okragly. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia baterie w widoku czolowym, fig.2 baterie w widoku bocznym, fig.3 baterie w widoku z góry, a fig.4 baterie w rzucie aksonometrycznym. The faucet exhibits novelty and originality in its new shape and arrangement of components. All elements of the faucet are irregular shapes of various sizes, with rounded shapes that interpenetrate one another. The washbasin faucet, in a frontal view, resembles a truncated cone, with a slightly flaring base, positioned on a ring-shaped base. The faucet body, in a side view, resembles a slightly inclined, truncated cone. The faucet spout extends from the side of the faucet body, in the form of a tapering arc. At the top of the faucet body is a cylindrical control handle with a flat tongue. Viewed from the top, the faucet components have the shape of superimposed ellipses, flattened on one side, with only the ring-shaped base being round. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the faucet in a frontal view, Fig. 2 the faucet in a side view, Fig. 3 the faucet in a top view, and Fig. 4 the faucet in an axonometric projection. Essential features of the industrial design: The washbasin faucet according to the industrial design is characterized by the following: - in a frontal view, it has a shape similar to a truncated cone, with a slightly flaring base, located on a ring-shaped base; - in a side view, the faucet body has the shape of a slightly inclined, truncated cone; - the faucet spout is led out from the side of the faucet body, in the form of a tapering arch; - a cylindrical control handle with a flat tongue is located on the top of the faucet body; - in the top view, the faucet elements have the shape of superimposed, one-sidedly flattened ellipses, with only the base in the form of a ring being round.
