Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bateria stosowana do umywalek i montowana na ich górnej powierzchni. Bateria przejawia cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci w zakresie nowego uksztaltowania poszczególnych elementów skladowych. Znane baterie umywalkowe, do mocowania na górnej powierzchni umywalek, posiadaja wiele form, jednakze z zalozenia poszczególne ich elementy wykonywane sa w ksztaltach oplywowych. Zatem bateria wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi awangardowa forme plastyczna w tej dziedzinie wzornictwa przemyslowego. Bateria umywalkowa, w widoku czolowym, ma ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu kotwicy, zas w widoku od góry, zblizony do litery „T". Korpus baterii ma ksztalt szescianu, w którym sciana dolna jest wypukla, a sciana górna jest wklesla. Korpus posadowiony jest na niskiej podstawie. Z boków korpusu ulokowane sa uchwyty sterujace o ksztalcie zblizonym do szescianu, przy czym górna jego powierzchnia jest krótsza i wklesla, zas dolna jest dluzsza i wypukla.Na korpusie posadowiona jest wylewka, która sklada sie z dwóch lekko wygietych ostroslupów scietych, które scieciami sa polaczone sa ze soba, tworzac, w widoku bocznym, figure zblizona do odwróconej litery „V". Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia baterie w widoku czolowym, fig.2 baterie w widoku bocznym, fig.3 baterie w rzucie aksonometrycznym, a fig.4 baterie widoku z góry. The faucet demonstrates novelty and originality in the new shape of individual components. Well-known washbasin faucets, mounted on the upper surface of washbasins, come in many forms, but their individual components are generally designed in streamlined shapes. Therefore, the faucet, according to the industrial design, represents an avant-garde artistic form in this field of industrial design. The washbasin faucet, viewed from the front, has a shape similar to an anchor, while viewed from above, it resembles the letter "T." The faucet body is cube-shaped, with a convex lower wall and a concave upper wall. The body rests on a low base. On the sides of the body there are control handles in a shape similar to a cube, with its upper surface being shorter and concave, while the lower one is longer and convex. On the body there is a spout consisting of two slightly bent truncated pyramids, which are connected by their truncations, creating, in a side view, a figure similar to the inverted letter "V". The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the faucet in a frontal view, Fig. 2 the faucet in a side view, Fig. 3 the faucet in an axonometric projection, and Fig. 4 the faucet in a top view. Essential features of the industrial design The faucet shown in the attached drawing is characterized by the following: - the faucet, in a frontal view, has a shape similar to the shape of an anchor; - the faucet, viewed from above, has a shape similar to the letter "T"; - the faucet body has a shape similar to a cube; - the lower wall of the faucet body is convex; - the upper wall of the faucet body is concave; - the faucet body is placed on a low base; - on the sides of the faucet body there are control handles, similar to a cube; - - the upper surface of the control handles is shorter and concave; - the lower surface of the control handles is longer and convex; - a spout is placed on the faucet body; - the spout consists of two slightly bent truncated pyramids; - the truncated pyramids are connected to each other by their truncations; - the spout, in a side view, forms a figure similar to an inverted "V" letter.
