Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wyrób piekarniczy w postaci precla o charakterystycznym i oryginalnym ksztalcie. Znane sa wyroby piekarnicze w postaci precli w ksztalcie zblizonym do okregu utworzonego z walcowatej masy ciasta tzn., ze w kazdym miejscu precla jego przekrój poprzeczny jest zblizony do kola. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy wyrób piekarniczy w postaci precla o nowym charakterystycznym i oryginalnym ksztalcie w postaci przypominajacej wyglad smoka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego w czterech odmianach uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig.4. Odmiane pierwsza wzoru przemyslowego przedstawia Fig.l, gdzie z walcowatej masy ciasta zwinieto trzema zawinieciami glowe smoka, jednym zawinieciem reke, a trzema zawinieciami tulów, zas ostatni element stanowiacy podstawe wyrobu sklada sie z dwóch zawiniec ciasta. Known bakery products are pretzels in a shape similar to a circle formed from a cylindrical dough mass, meaning that at every point of the pretzel, its cross-section is similar to a circle. The essence of the industrial design is a new bakery product in the form of a pretzel with a new, characteristic and original shape resembling a dragon. The subject of the industrial design in four variations is shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4. The first variation of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 1, where the cylindrical dough mass is rolled into a dragon's head with three wraps, a hand with one wrap, and a body with three wraps. The final element, constituting the product's base, consists of two wraps of dough. The second variation of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 2, where a dragon's head is rolled up from a cylindrical dough mass with three wraps, without a visible hand, and also with three wraps of the body, while the final element constituting the base of the product consists of two wraps of dough. The third variation of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 3, where a dragon's head is rolled up from a cylindrical dough mass with three wraps, a hand with one wrap, and a body with three wraps, while the base of the product is a single wrap of dough resembling a dragon's tail. The fourth variation of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 4, where a dragon's head is rolled up from a cylindrical dough mass with three wraps, without a visible hand, and also with three wraps of the body, while the base of the product is a single wrap of dough resembling a dragon's tail. The essential features of the industrial design are that the well-known bakery product in the form of a pretzel has a new, characteristic and original shape resembling a dragon.
