Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest precel wytwarzany z ciasta drozdzowego na bazie ma- ki pszennej, znany pod nazwa handlowa „precel ósemka". Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie imitujacym styli- zowana cyfre osiem o zróznicowanych profilach zwinietych i skrzyzowanych ze soba jej obu podluz- nych wygietych czesci tworzacych jeden monolit. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na materiale ilustracyjnym w dwóch od- mianach jego wykonania, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane wykonania precla w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 – ten sam precel w widoku perspektywicznym w ujeciu z boku i z przodu, fig. 3 – druga odmiane wykonania precla widoku z przodu, a fig. 4 – ten sam precel w widoku perspektywicznym w ujeciu z boku i z przodu. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape imitating a stylized number eight with varied profiles of curled and intersecting two of its longitudinal, bent parts forming a single monolith. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the illustrative material in two versions, in which Fig. 1 shows the first version of the pretzel in a front view, Fig. 2 – the same pretzel in a perspective view from the side and front, Fig. 3 – the second version of the pretzel in a front view, and Fig. 4 – the same pretzel in a perspective view from the side and front. Essential features of the industrial design A pretzel made of yeast dough based on wheat flour and a cylindrical element made of this dough, presented in two variants of its execution, shown in the illustrative material Figs. 1-4, is characterized in that: – the pretzel according to the first variant of its execution, shown in the illustrative material Figs. 1 and 2, has the shape of a "number eight", made of a cylindrical element rolled up in such a way that it creates two elements with a profile similar to an elliptical ring with a hollow interior, the lateral, opposite curved parts of which are connected and touch each other halfway up the height of the pretzel, creating one monolith; – the pretzel according to the second variant of its execution, shown in the illustrations in Fig. 3 and 4, has the shape of a "number eight" made of a cylindrical element rolled up in such a way that it creates two elements with a profile similar to the profile of an oval-elliptical ring - hollow inside, whose lateral, opposite curved parts are connected and touch each other halfway up the pretzel, creating one monolith; – all variants of the pretzels described above are light brown in color with its shades, and on the outer surfaces they have irregularly placed spots in a color contrasting with the background color of these pretzels.PL 22214 3 Illustration of the patternPL 22214 4 Department of Publishing of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
