Istota wzoru jest nowa, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania, forma zewnetrzna ciastka, która w odniesieniu do znanych wczesniej ciastek przejawia sie w szczególnosci w jego oryginalnym uksztaltowaniu i zdobieniu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 przedstawiono ciastko z dodatkiem zdobienia z czekolady a na fig. 2 z dodatkiem zdobienia z czekolady i cukru pudru. Cechy ciastka bedacego przedmiotem niniejszego wzoru przemyslowego sa nastepujace: 1. Ciastko jest okragle, plaskie i ma w srodku dziurke o srednicy od 150 mm do 200 mm, jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1 i fig. 2 rysunku.- 2 - 2. Srednica ciastka jest co najmniej 7 razy wieksza od najmniejszej srednicy dziurki i jest co najwyzej 6 razy wieksza od najwiekszej srednicy dziurki, jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1 i fig. 2 rysunku. 3. Ciastko w odmianie wyrobu jest zdobione czekolada w postaci falistych linii jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1 rysunku. 4.
