Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dywan z roslinnymi motywami ozdobnymi. Powszechnie znane sa róznego typu dywany zawierajace zdobienia w postaci motywów roslinnych, figuralnych lub fantazyjnych. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac dywanu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, barw i charakterze motywów ozdobnych, nadajacych mu oryginalny wyglad. Dywan o ksztalcie prostokata posiada usytuowany w niewielkiej odle- glosci od krawedzi i równolegly do nich pas z wydzielonymi prostokatnymi po- lami, otaczajacy czesc srodkowa. W dwóch przeciwleglych narozach oraz wzdluz dluzszych boków usytuowane sa takie same, lecz odwrócone wzgle- dem siebie elementy ozdobne w postaci lisci i gietkich galazek. Czesc srod- kowa oraz wydzielone prostokatne pola jak równiez liscie sa indywidualnie cieniowane a wydzielone prostokatne pola dodatkowo podkreslone cienka ciemna linia. Various types of carpets featuring decorations in the form of plant, figurative, or fanciful motifs are widely known. The essence of the design is the new form of the carpet, manifested in the arrangement of lines, colors, and the nature of the decorative motifs, giving it a unique appearance. The rectangular carpet has a strip of separated rectangular fields, located a short distance from the edges and parallel to them, surrounding the central section. The two opposite corners and along the longer sides feature identical, but inverted, decorative elements in the form of leaves and flexible twigs. The central section and the separated rectangular fields, as well as the leaves, are individually shaded, and the separated rectangular fields are additionally highlighted with a thin dark line. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a carpet with two oppositely directed decorative motifs in the form of leaves and flexible twigs in brown-beige-green tones - the first variety, and Fig. 2 - a carpet in green-beige-brown tones - the second variety. The essential features of the industrial pattern of the rectangular carpet according to the first variety are a pattern in brown-beige-green tones, containing a strip with separated rectangular fields, located a short distance from the edges and parallel to them, surrounding the central part, while in two opposite corners and along the longer sides there are the same, but reversed decorative elements in the form of leaves and flexible twigs, while the central part and the separated rectangular fields as well as the leaves are individually shaded and the separated rectangular fields are additionally highlighted with a thin dark line, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 1. The essential features of the industrial design of the rectangular carpet according to the second variant are a pattern in green, beige and brown tones, containing a strip with separated rectangular fields located a short distance from the edges and parallel to them, surrounding the central part, where in two opposite corners and along the longer sides there are the same but inverted decorative elements in the form of leaves and flexible twigs, while the central part and the separated rectangular fields as well as the leaves are individually shaded and the separated rectangular fields are additionally highlighted with a thin dark line, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 2.
