Claims (12)
- Zastrzezenia patentowe 1. Modyfikator zeliwa sferoidalnego zawierajacy zelazo i czynnik sferoidyzujacy, znamienny tym, ze zawiera metaliczne zelazo i niezwiazany czynnik sferoidyzujacy, obydwa w stanie sproszkowanym i wspólnie zbrykietowanym.
- 2. Modyfikator wedlug zastrz. 1, znamienny tym, ze czynnik sferoidyzujacy jest dobrany sposród pierwiastków takich jak magnez, wapn, cer i inne metale ziem rzadkich.
- 3. Modyfikator wedlug zastrz. 2, znamienny tym, ze jesli czynnikiem sferoidyzujacym jest magnez, sferoidyzator zawiera od 1 do 20% wagowych magnezu i od 80 do.99% wagowych zelaza.
- 4. Modyfikator wedlug zastrz. 3, znamienny tym, ze zawiera korzystnie 10% wagowych magnezu i 90% wagowych zelaza.
- 5. Modyfikator wedlug zastrz. 1, znamienny tym, ze jest sprasowany pod postacia pastylek tworzacych szereg grup pastylek o zmieniajacej sie zawartosci czynnika sferoidyzujacego od jednej grupy do drugiej.
- 6. Modyfikator wedlug zastrz. 1, znamienny tym, ze jest zbrykietowany w postaci pastylek zawierajacych w grupach taka sama ilosc czynnika sferoidyzujacego.89 985 5
- 7. Modyfikator wedlug zastrz. 5, z n a m i e n n y t y m, ze ma zawartosc magnezu zmieniajaca sie od 5 do 75% od jednej grupy do drugiej.
- 8. Modyfikator wedlug zastrz. 1, znamienny tym, ze wielkosc ziarn proszku zelaza rczynnika sfero idyzujacego wynosi od 0 do 500 mikronów, korzystnie od 100 do 300 mikronów.
- 9. Modyfikator wedlug zastrz. 1, znamienny tym, ze jest zbrykietowany w prasie pod naciskiem wyzszym od 1 tony na centrymetr kwadratowy.
- 10. Sposób stosowania modyfikatora zeliwa sferoidalnego polegajacy na odlewaniu zeliwa do formy i kontaktowaniu go przy wlocie do formy z modyfikatorem zeliwa sferoidalnego zawierajacym zelazo i czynnik sferoidyzujacy, znamienny tym, ze modyfikator w postaci pastylek stosuje sie w kilku grupach pastylek o róznej zawartosci czynnika sferoidyzujacego.
- 11. Sposób wedlug zastrz. 10, znamienny tym, ze na drodze przeplywu zeliwa umieszcza sie najpierw grupe pastylek o najwiekszej zawartosci czynnika sferoidyzujacego, a nastepnie pozostale grupy pastylek w kolejnosci wedlug malejacej zawartosci czynnika sferoidyzujacego.
- 12. Sposób wedlug zastrz. 10 lub 11, znamienny tym, ze stosuje sie pastylki, w których zawartosc magnezu waha sie od 5 do 75%, przy czym stosuje sie jedna pastylke o zawartosci 75% magnezu, dwie pastylki o zawartosci 10% magnezu oraz 13 pastylek o zawartosci 5% magnezu. 11 Sposób wedlug zastrz. 10, znamienny tym, ze modyfikator stosuje sie w ilosci od 0 5 do 3% wagowych w stosunku do zeliwa.
