Mieszkania tuz pod takim dachem, krytym papa smolowcowa, maja tez te u- jemna strone, ze latem sa za bardzo gora¬ ce.Wymienione wady usuwa sposób utrwa¬ lania takich dachów wedlug wynalazku.Polega on na tern, ze dachy kryte tektura smolowcowa i posypane zwirem wwalco- wanym drewnianym walkiem, po przerwie roniej wiecej dziesieciodniowej, w którym to czasie smola z tektura i zwirem scisle sie zlaczy i wyschnie, smaruje sie rozczy- nem, skladajacym sie z nastepujacych cze¬ sci: 20 1 dobrego tlustego wapna, rozpu¬ szczanego w 20 1 wody i mniej wiecej V2 1 mleka.
