Nowa postac i indywidualny charakter opakowania wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w kolorystyce i strukturze jego materialu oraz cechach ksztaltów naniesionych na tym materiale figur geometrycznych. The new form and individual character of the packaging, based on the industrial design, are evident in the color and structure of its material, as well as the characteristics of the geometric shapes printed on this material. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative materials fig. 1-34, in which fig. 1-12 show a single package of sweets in an unfolded state in a black and white version, fig. 13-24 - the same package in an unfolded state in the original color versions, where fig. 1 and 13 - show a single package of a cylindrical candy in an unfolded state with a blue background in a top view, fig. 2 and 14 - the same package in a bottom view, fig. 3 and 15 - the first variant of a single package of a cylindrical candy in an unfolded state with a green background in a top view, fig. 4 and 16 - the same package in a bottom view, fig. 5 and 17 - the second variant of a single package of a cylindrical candy with a pink background in a top view, fig. 6 and 18 - this the same packaging in a view from the bottom, fig. 7 and 19 - the third variant of a single package of a cylindrical candy with a yellow background in a top view, fig. 8 and 20 - the same package in a view from the bottom, fig. 9 and 21 - the fourth variant of a single package of a cylindrical candy with a red background in a top view, fig. 10 and 22 - the same package in a view from the bottom, fig. 11 and 23 - the fifth variant of a single package of a cylindrical candy with a silver background in a top view, fig. 12 and 24 - the same package in a view from the bottom, fig. 25-30 - Christmas tree candies in the shape of an elongated cylinder in wrapped single packages shown in fig. 1-24 in a top view, fig. 31 and 32 - flat lollipops in the shape of a circle wrapped in unit packages shown in fig. 21 and 17 in a top view, and fig. 33 and 34 - spherical lollipops wrapped in unit packages shown in fig. 13 and 19. As shown in the attached illustrative material fig. 1-24, each unit package of sweets is a rectangular cellophane element, both surfaces of which with a background of different or similar colors have a colored hologram applied containing coded information in the form of images showing randomly placed geometric figures similar to circles, spots, segments of circles and other figures of regular and irregular shapes in different colors, which change depending on the angle of observation of the person viewing them, wherein the package shown in fig. 13 and 14 has an upper surface with a background in a color navy blue with a colour hologram applied thereon in the form of figures randomly arranged in relation to each other, with a shape similar to circles and parts thereof, stripes and spots of irregular shapes in the following colours: blue and green, and the bottom surface with a silver background with a colour hologram applied thereon in the form of figures randomly arranged in relation to each other, with a shape similar to circles and parts thereof, stripes and spots of irregular shapes in the following colours: yellow, pink, blue, green and brown, which colours on both surfaces change depending on the angle from which the packaging is viewed. The first variant of the unit package shown in Figs. 15 and 16 has an upper surface with a green background with a colour hologram applied thereon in the form of randomly arranged figures resembling circles and parts thereof, stripes and spots of irregular shapes in the following colours: pink, brown, green, blue and yellow, and a lower surface with a silver background with a colour hologram applied thereon in the form of randomly arranged figures resembling circles and parts thereof, stripes and spots of irregular shapes in the following colours: yellow, pink, blue, green and brown, the colours of which on both surfaces change depending on the angle of observation of the package. The second variant of the unit package shown in Figs. 17 and 18 has an upper surface with a pink background with a colour hologram applied on it in the form of randomly arranged figures resembling circles and parts thereof, stripes and spots of irregular shapes in the following colours: red, green, yellow, blue and violet, and a lower surface with a silver background with a colour hologram applied on it in the form of randomly arranged figures resembling circles and parts thereof, stripes and spots of irregular shapes in the following colours: yellow, pink, blue, green and brown, the colours of which on both surfaces change depending on the viewing angle of the package. The third variant of the unit package shown in Figs. 19 and 20 has an upper surface with a yellow background with a a colour hologram placed on it in the form of randomly arranged figures similar to circles and parts thereof, stripes and spots of irregular shapes in the following colours: red, blue, green, pink and brown, and a lower surface with a silver background with a colour hologram placed on it in the form of randomly arranged figures similar to circles and parts thereof, stripes and spots of irregular shapes in the following colours: yellow, pink, blue, green and brown, which colours on both surfaces change depending on the angle of observation of the packaging. The fourth variant of the unit package shown in Figs. 21 and 22 has an upper surface with a red background with a colour hologram placed on it in the form of randomly arranged figures resembling circles and parts thereof, stripes and spots of irregular shapes in the following colours: pink, green, purple, yellow and brown, and a lower surface with a silver background with a colour hologram placed on it in the form of randomly arranged figures resembling circles and parts thereof, stripes and spots of irregular shapes in the following colours: yellow, pink, blue, green and brown, the colours of which on both surfaces change depending on the angle of observation of the package. The fifth variant of the unit packaging shown in Fig. 23 and 24 has both surfaces with a silver background with coloured holograms placed on them in the form of randomly arranged figures resembling circles and their parts, stripes and spots of irregular shapes in the following colours: yellow, pink, blue, green and brown, which colours change depending on the angle of observation of the packaging. Essential features of an industrial design The individual packaging of sweets shown in fig. 1-24 is characterized by the following: - it is preferably a rectangular cellophane element, both surfaces of which, with a background of different colors, have a colored hologram applied, containing coded information in the form of images showing randomly placed geometric figures similar to circles, segments of circles, stripes, spots and other figures of irregular shapes in different colors, which change depending on the viewing angle of the person viewing them; - it is preferably a rectangular cellophane element, both surfaces of which have an identical or similar background, on which are applied colour holograms containing coded information in the form of images representing randomly positioned geometric figures similar to circles, circle segments, stripes, spots and other figures of irregular shapes in various colours, which change depending on the viewing angle of the person viewing them; - the outer surfaces of the packaging have a green background; - the outer surfaces of the packaging have a pink background; - the outer surfaces of the packaging have a yellow background; - the outer surfaces of the packaging have a red background; - the outer surfaces of the packaging have a silver background; - the outer surfaces of the packaging have a blue background.
