Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelke». Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie/ ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Butelka wedlug wzoru w pierwszej odmianie charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej korpus ma podstawe w ksztalcie wystajacego pierscienia o zaokraglonych bokach, od której ku górze odchodzi czesc walcowa majaca obwodowe faliste rowki jednakowo odlegle od siebie i nieco odsuniete od podstawy oraz od górnego wystajacego pierscienia, którym jest zakonczona walcowa czesc korpusu. Nad górnym pierscieniem korpus ma czesc rowkowa majaca dwa rowki o skosnych wkleslych sciankach i o zaokraglonym dnie, przy czym pierscienie te sa przedzielono obwodowym zeberkiem. Czesc rowkowa korpusu przechodzi ku górze w czesc stozkowata, zwezajaca sie ku górze i majaca wypukle scianki boczne. Butelka wedlug wzoru w drugiej odmianie charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej korpus ma podstawe w ksztalcie wystajacego pierscienia o zaokraglonych bokach, od której ku górze odchodzi czesc walcowa majaca obwodowe faliste rowki jednakowo odlegle od siebie i nieco odsuniete od podstawy oraz od góry korpusu. Istotne cechy butelki w pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego stanowi to, ze jej korpus ma podstawe w ksztalcie wystajacego pierscienia o zaokraglonych bokach, od której ku górze odchodzi czesc walcowa majaca obwodowe faliste rowki jednakowo odlegle od siebie i nieco odsuniete od podstawy oraz od górnego wystajacego pierscienia, którym jestzakonczona walcowa czesc korpusu. Nad górnym pierscieniem korpus ma czesc rowkowa majaca dwa rowki o skosnych wkleslych sciankach i o zaokraglonym dnie, przy czym pierscienie -te sa przedzielono obwodowym zeberkiem. Czesc rowkowa korpusu przechodzi ku górze w czesc stozkowata, zwezajaca sie ku górze i majaca wypukle scianki boczne, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach, fig. 1-5. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in the shape/arrangement of lines and surfaces. The bottle according to the first variant of the design is characterized in that its body has a base in the shape of a protruding ring with rounded sides, from which extends upwards a cylindrical part having circumferential, wavy grooves equidistant from each other and slightly offset from the base and from the upper protruding ring, which terminates the cylindrical part of the body. Above the upper ring, the body has a grooved part with two grooves with oblique, concave walls and a rounded bottom, these rings being divided by a circumferential rib. The grooved part of the body transitions upwards into a conical part, tapering upwards and having convex side walls. The bottle according to the second variant of the industrial design is characterized by its body having a base in the shape of a protruding ring with rounded sides, from which extends upward a cylindrical part having circumferential wavy grooves equidistant from each other and slightly offset from the base and the top of the body. The essential features of the bottle in the first variant of the industrial design are that its body has a base in the shape of a protruding ring with rounded sides, from which extends upward a cylindrical part having circumferential wavy grooves equidistant from each other and slightly offset from the base and the upper protruding ring, which terminates the cylindrical part of the body. Above the upper ring, the body has a grooved portion having two grooves with oblique concave walls and a rounded bottom, the rings being separated by a circumferential rib. The grooved portion of the body merges upwards into a conical portion, tapering upwards and having convex side walls, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1-5.
