Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac drewnianej palety transportowa przejawiajaca sie w uksztaltowaniu powierzchni, barwie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym pokazano przedmiot wzoru w poszczególnych odmianach: fig 1 i la przedstawia palete w kolorze niebieskim, fig 2 i 2a w kolorze zielonym, fig 3 i 3a w kolorze czerwonym, fig 4 i 4a w kolorze zóltym, fig 5 i 5a w kolorze czarnym. Paleta wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt niepelnego prostopadloscianu oraz posiada istotna ceche dotyczaca barwy. Paleta wedlug wzoru posiada istotne cechy dotyczace barwnych plaskich elementów polaczonych z soba, przy czym poszczególne elementy stanowiace plaszczyzne zewnetrzna umieszczone sa z zachowaniem wolnych , przestrzeni. Paleta w dolnej czesci posiada grube wsporniki, pod i nad którymi na calej dlugosci i/ lub szerokosci umieszczone sa deski. Wsporniki znajduja sie odpowiednio w narozach palety, w polowie szerokosci kazdego boku oraz w przecieciu osi podluznej i poprzecznej palety. Wszystkie wsporniki polaczone sa ze soba w taki sposób, iz tworza konstrukcje, na której oparta jest calosc palety. Na tej konstrukcji, nad wspornikami umieszczonymi w narozach i przecieciu osi palety oraz przy krawedzi wpolowie kazdego boku umieszczone sa deski o róznej szerokosci. W osi podluznej i poprzecznej palety, dolna jej powierzchnia pomiedzy wspornikami jest pusta. Deski stanowiace powierzchnie górna palety umocowane sa przy brzegach oraz w srodkowej jej czesci. Deski podstawy sa obustronnie frezowane a naroza palety sciete, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig. 1 do 5 oraz fig. la do Sa. Paleta wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt niepelnego prostopadloscianu oraz posiada istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego w postaci barwnych plaskich elementów polaczonych z soba, przy czym poszczególne elementy stanowiace plaszczyzne zewnetrzna umieszczone sa z zachowaniem wolnych przestrzeni. Paleta w dolnej czesci posiada w narozach wsporniki (5), (6), (7), (9), nad którymi na calej dlugosci i/ lub szerokosci umieszczona jest deska poprzeczna (4), a pod wspornikami deska podstawy (8) umieszczona przy równoleglych zewnetrznych bokach palety i srodkowa deska podstawy umieszczona w osi podluzne (10). Do desek poprzecznych (4) umieszczonych nad wspornikami przymocowane sa deski (1), (2), (3). Wsporniki znajduja sie odpowiednio w narozach palety oraz w polowie kazdego boku jak równiez w przecieciu osi podluznej i poprzeczna palety. Wszystkie wsporniki polaczone sa ze soba w taki sposób, iz tworza konstrukcje, na której oparta jest calosc palety. Na tej konstrukcji, nad wspornikami umieszczona jest szeroka deska (3), zas nad pozostalymi wspornikami deska (1), zas pomiedzy nimi znajduja sie ciensze dwie deski (2). W osi podluznej i poprzecznej palety, dolna jej powierzchnia pomiedzy wspornikami jest pusta. Deski stanowiace powierzchnie górna palety umocowane sa przy brzegach oraz w srodkowej jej czesci. Deski podstawy sa obustronnie frezowane a naroza wsporników sciete, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1, 2, 3,4, 5. Paleta wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt niepelnego prostopadloscianu oraz posiada istotne cechy wzoru w postaci barwnych plaskich elementów polaczonych ze soba, przy czym poszczególne elementy stanowiace plaszczyzne zewnetrzna umieszczone sa z zachowaniem wolnych przestrzeni. Paleta w dolnej czesci posiada w narozach grube wsporniki (5), (6), (7), (9) umieszczone w punktach podparcia, nad którymi na calej dlugosci i/ lub szerokosci palety umieszczona jest deska poprzeczna (4), a pod równoleglymi wspornikami umieszczonymi wzdluz palety przy jej bokach znajduja sie deski podstawy (8) oraz w osi podluznej znajduje sie srodkowa deska podstawy (10). Do desek poprzecznych (4) przymocowane sa deski (1), (2), (3) o róznej szerokosci. Wsporniki znajduja sie odpowiednio w punktach podparcia palety w narozach, w jej srodkowej czesci, oraz w polowie szerokosci kazdego boku palety.Wszystkie wsporniki polaczone sa ze soba w taki sposób, iz tworza konstrukcje, na której oparta jest calosc palety. Na tej konstrukcji, nad wspornikami umieszczone sa szerokie deski (1), (3), zas pomiedzy nimi znajduja sie ciensze deski. W osi podluznej i poprzecznej palety, dolna jej powierzchnia pomiedzy wspornikami jest pusta. Deski stanowiace powierzchnie górna palety umocowane sa przy brzegach oraz w jej srodkowej czesci. Deski podstawy sa obustronnie frezowane a naroza palety sciete, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. la, 2a, 3a, 4a, 5a. Paleta wedlug wzoru przedstawiona na rysunku fig 1 i la jest w kolorze niebieskim, zas przedstawiona na fig 2 i 2a w kolorze zielonym. W kolejnej odmianie paleta przedstawiona na rysunku fig. 3 i 3a moze byc w kolorze czerwonym, zas na rysunku 4 i 4a w kolorze zóltym. Odmiana wzoru palety moze byc takze w kolorze czarnym jak przedstawiono to na rysunku fig 5 i Sa. Palety w odmianach wykonania posiadaja korzystnie wymiary 1200x1000 i 1200x800 oraz moga byc wykonane w odcieniach poszczególnych kolorów. PL PL PLThe industrial design is a new and original form of a wooden transport pallet, characterized by its surface shape, color, surface properties, and the relative positioning of individual elements constituting the design. The design is presented in the attached drawing, which shows the design in its various variations: Figures 1 and 1a depict the pallet in blue, Figures 2 and 2a in green, Figures 3 and 3a in red, Figures 4 and 4a in yellow, and Figures 5 and 5a in black. The pallet in the design is in the shape of an incomplete cuboid and has a significant color feature. The pallet in the design has significant features related to the interconnected, flat colored elements, with the individual elements constituting the outer surface arranged with clear spaces. The lower part of the pallet has thick supports, under and above which boards are placed along the entire length and/or width. The supports are located at the pallet's corners, midway along each side, and at the intersection of the pallet's longitudinal and transverse axes. All supports are interconnected to form a structure supporting the entire pallet. On this structure, boards of varying widths are placed above the supports located at the corners, at the intersection of the pallet's axes, and at the edge halfway along each side. The lower surface of the pallet is empty between the supports along the longitudinal and transverse axes. The boards constituting the top surface of the pallet are secured at the edges and in the center. The base boards are milled on both sides, and the pallet's corners are chamfered, as shown in the attached illustrations, Figures 1 to 5, and Figures 1a to 3a. The pallet, according to the design, has the shape of an incomplete cuboid and possesses significant industrial design features in the form of colorful, flat elements connected to each other, with individual elements constituting the outer surface arranged with free space. The lower part of the pallet has supports (5), (6), (7), (9) in the corners, above which a cross board (4) is placed along its entire length and/or width. Below the supports is a base board (8) placed at the parallel outer sides of the pallet, and a central base board placed along the longitudinal axis (10). Boards (1), (2), (3) are attached to the cross boards (4) placed above the supports. The supports are located at the corners of the pallet and in the middle of each side, as well as at the intersection of the longitudinal and transverse axes of the pallet. All supports are interconnected to form a structure supporting the entire pallet. On this structure, a wide board (3) is placed above the supports, and a board (1) above the remaining supports, with two thinner boards (2) between them. Along the pallet's longitudinal and transverse axes, the lower surface between the supports is empty. The boards constituting the top surface of the pallet are attached at the edges and in the middle. The base boards are milled on both sides, and the corners of the supports are chamfered, as shown in the attached drawings (Figs. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5). The pallet, according to the pattern, has the shape of an incomplete cuboid and has significant design features in the form of interconnected, colored flat elements, with the individual elements constituting the outer surface placed with free spaces. The lower part of the pallet has thick corner supports (5), (6), (7), (9) placed at the support points, above which a cross board (4) is placed along the entire length and/or width of the pallet. Base boards (8) are located beneath parallel supports placed along the sides of the pallet, and a central base board (10) is located along the longitudinal axis. Boards (1), (2), (3) of various widths are attached to the cross boards (4). The supports are located at the support points of the pallet in the corners, in its central part, and halfway along each side of the pallet. All the supports are interconnected to form a structure supporting the entire pallet. On this structure, wide boards (1) and (3) are placed above the supports, with thinner boards between them. In the longitudinal and transverse axes of the pallet, its lower surface between the supports is empty. The boards constituting the upper surface of the pallet are fastened at the edges and in its central part. The base boards are milled on both sides, and the pallet corners are chamfered, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1a, 2a, 3a, 4a, and 5a. The pallet shown in Figs. 1 and 1a is blue, while the one in Figs. 2 and 2a is green. In another variant, the pallet shown in Figs. 3 and 3a can be red, while in Figs. 4 and 4a it is yellow. A variant of the pallet design can also be black, as shown in Figs. 5 and 6a.
