W polu pomiedzy lata a górnym krawedziakiem symetrycznie usytuowane sa dwie pionowe listwy, pomiedzy którymi znajduja sie stykajace sie grzbietami dwie listwy w ksztalcie luków, z któ- rych jedna mocowana jest koncami do górnego krawedziaka, a druga do poziomej laty, zas wkazdym z pól po zewnetrznej stronie pionowych listew zamocowana jest pionowa szeroka listwa obustronnie lukowo wycieta. Odmiany wzoru przemyslowego róznia sie rodzajem wypelnienia pola w obramowaniu ponizej poziomej laty. Na fot.1 pokazano odmiane segmentu, w której pole ponizej laty wypelnione jest dwiema warstwami ulozonych przemiennie listew o jednakowej szerokosci usytuowanych pod katem okolo 45° w stosunku do pionowych krawedziaków, a warstwy ukosnych listew przedzielone sa listewkami prostopadlymi do nich. The essence of the design is a new form of the fence segment, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the components, giving the segment a unique and original appearance. The fence segment is shown in a frontal view in two versions in photographs 1 and 2. The fence segment has a frame composed of two vertical squares connected at the bottom by a straight horizontal square and at the top by an arc-shaped square. Near the upper ends, the vertical squares are connected by a horizontal beam. In the field between the laths and the upper edge, two vertical slats are symmetrically positioned, between which are two arc-shaped slats, one attached end-to-end to the upper edge, the other to the horizontal slat. Each field, on the outer side of the vertical slats, has a wide vertical slat, cut into arcs on both sides, attached. Variations of the industrial design differ in the type of filling in the field in the frame below the horizontal slat. Photo 1 shows a segment variant in which the field below the slat is filled with two layers of alternating slats of equal width, positioned at an angle of approximately 45° to the vertical slats, and the layers of diagonal slats are separated by slats perpendicular to them. Photo 2 shows a segment variation in which the area below the batten is divided in the center by a vertical batten and filled with wide horizontal slats arranged alternately with the vertical batten. The industrial design object can be made in any size and proportion, from any wood, with any surface, in the raw or impregnated state, and in any color or color combination.
