Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac segmentu ogrodzeniowego przejawiajaca sie w ksztal- cie i ukladzie elementów skladowych i nadajaca segmentowi swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Odmiany wzoru przemyslowego róznia sie rodzajem wypelnienia obramowania. Na fot.1 pokazano odmiane segmentu, w której dolny i górny krawedziak obramowaniapolaczone sa pionowa tata. Z obu stron pionowej laty przemiennie mocowane sa do elemen- tów pionowych poziome listwy o jednakowej szerokosci wypelniajace calkowicie wnetrze ob- ramowania. Na fot.2 pokazano odmiane segmentu, w której wnetrze obramowania wypelnione jest dwiema warstwami ulozonych przemiennie listew o jednakowej szerokosci usytuowanych pod katem okolo 45° w stosunku do pionowych krawedziaków. Warstwy ukosnych listew przedzielone sa listewkami prostopadlymi do ukosnych listew. Na fot. 3 pokazano odmiane segmentu, w której we wnetrzu obramowania mocowane sa pod katem okolo 45° w stosunku do pionowych krawedziaków w jednakowych odleglosciach pierwsze ukosne listewki. Prostopadle do ukosnych listewek w górnej zblizonej do trójkata czesci mocowane sa w jednakowych odstepach drugie ukosne listewki tworzace z pierwszy- mi listewkami krate. Pole pod trójkatna czescia z krata wypelnione jest dwiema warstwami ukosnych listew o jednakowej szerokosci ulozonych przemiennie z obu stron pierwszych uko- snych listewek, prostopadle do nich. The essence of the design is a new form of the fence segment, manifested in the shape and arrangement of its components, giving the segment a unique and original appearance. The fence segment is shown in a frontal view in three variations in photographs 1, 2, and 3. The fence segment has a shape similar to a rectangle. The segment frame is formed by two straight vertical squares of different heights and two horizontal squares connected at their ends, the lower one being straight, while the upper one has the shape of a wave descending towards the shorter vertical square. Variations of the industrial design differ in the type of frame filling. Photo 1 shows a segment variant in which the lower and upper edges of the frame are connected by a vertical batten. Horizontal slats of equal width are alternately attached to the vertical elements on both sides of the vertical batten, completely filling the interior of the frame. Photo 2 shows a segment variant in which the interior of the frame is filled with two layers of alternating slats of equal width, positioned at an angle of approximately 45° to the vertical slats. The layers of diagonal slats are separated by slats perpendicular to the diagonal slats. Photo 3 shows a segment variant in which the first diagonal slats are attached to the interior of the frame at an angle of approximately 45° to the vertical slats, at equal distances. Perpendicular to the diagonal slats in the upper, triangular section, second diagonal slats are attached at equal intervals, forming a grid with the first slats. The area under the triangular section with the grid is filled with two layers of diagonal slats of equal width, arranged alternately on both sides of the first diagonal slats, perpendicular to them. The industrial design object can be made in any size and proportion, from any wood with any surface, in the raw or impregnated state, and in any color and color combination.
