Znane sa segmenty ogrodzeniowe z obramowaniem utworzonym z dwóch pionowych krawedziaków róznej dlugosci polaczonych od dolu poziomym krawedziakiem a od góry krawedziakiem usytuowanym pod katem okolo 45° do poziomu. Ponizej górnych konców pionowe krawedziaki polaczone sa równoleglym do górnego krawedziaka ukosnym kra- wedziakiem. Pole pomiedzy dolnym ukosnym krawedziakiem a dolnym poziomym krawe- dziakiem w znanych wzorach wypelnione jest listwami równoleglymi do ukosnych krawe- dziaków mocowanymi po obu stronach prostopadlych do nich listew. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a fence segment made of wood and intended for the construction of decorative fences and enclosures. Fence segments are known with a frame formed by two vertical squares of different lengths, connected at the bottom by a horizontal square and at the top by a square positioned at an angle of approximately 45° to the horizontal. Below their upper ends, the vertical squares are connected by a diagonal square parallel to the upper square. In known designs, the area between the lower diagonal square and the lower horizontal square is filled with slats parallel to the diagonal squares, attached to both sides of the slats perpendicular to them. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of fence segment, manifested in the shape and arrangement of its components, giving the segment a distinctive and original appearance. A vertical slat is attached between the lower diagonal edging and the lower horizontal edging, and the space between these edgings is filled with horizontal slats positioned on both sides of the edging. In the space between the two upper diagonal edgings, a composition in the form of a stylized flower is placed, made of eight pairs of circle segments, attached at one end to the circumference of the central circular element and at the other ends to the vertical slats and diagonal edgings that bound the composition. On both sides of the composition, a vertical slat is attached between the two upper diagonal edgings. Two decorative longitudinal grooves are cut into the surface of each horizontal slat, which fills the space between the lower diagonal and lower horizontal edges of the segment frame. The industrial design object can be made in any size and proportion, from any wood, with any surface, in the raw or impregnated state, and in any color or color combination. The essential features of the industrial design are: 1) a composition in the form of a stylized flower placed in the field between two diagonal edges and two vertical edges of the frame, made of eight pairs of circle segments, attached at one end to the circumference of the centrally located circular element and at the other ends to the vertical slats and diagonal edges limiting the composition, as well as vertical slats attached on both sides of the composition between the two upper diagonal edges, 2) two decorative longitudinal grooves made on the surface of each of the horizontal slats filling the field between the lower diagonal edge and the lower edge of the segment frame.
