Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest segment ogrodzeniowy wykonany z drewna i przeznaczony do budowy ozdobnych parkanów i plotów ogrodzeniowych. Znane sa segmenty ogrodzeniowe z obramowaniem utworzonym z dwóch jednako- wych pionowych krawedziaków polaczonych od dolu i od góry prostymi krawedziakami. Ponizej górnych konców pionowe krawedziaki polaczone sa równolegla do górnego kra- wedziaka lata. Pozioma lata i dolny krawedziak obramowania polaczone sa w równych odleglosciach dwiema pionowymi latami. Z obu stron pionowych lat przemiennie mocowane sa do ele- mentów pionowych poziome listwy o jednakowej szerokosci wypelniajace calkowicie wne- trze obramowania ponizej poziomej laty. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac segmentu ogrodzeniowego przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie elementów skladowych i nadajaca segmentowi swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. W polu pomiedzy górnym krawedziakiem a równolegla do niego lata rozmieszczone sa trzy jednakowe kompozycje oddzielone od siebie pojedyncza pionowa listewka. Kazda kompozycja sklada sie z mocowanego do laty drewnianego elementu w ksztalcie odcinka kola polaczonego piecioma promieniowymi listewkami odpowiednio z górnym krawedzia- kiem lub z pionowymi listewkami ograniczajacymi z obu stron kompozycje. Na powierzchni kazdej z poziomych listew wypelniajacych pole pomiedzy pozioma lata i dolnym krawedziakiem obramowania segmentu wykonane sa dwa ozdobne wzdluznerowki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego moze byc wykonany w dowolnych wielkosciach i pro- porcjach, z dowolnego drewna o dowolnych powierzchniach w stanie surowym i impre- gnowanym oraz w dowolnych kolorach i zestawieniach kolorystycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest w dwóch odmianach na rysunku i foto- grafiach, z których fig. 1 przedstawia segment stosowany do budowy ogrodzen wysokich, a fig.2 przedstawia segment stosowany w niskich ogrodzeniach. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa: 1) rozmieszczone w polu pomiedzy górnym krawedziakiem a równolegla do niego lata trzy jednakowe kompozycje oddzielone od siebie pojedyncza pionowa listewka przy czym kazda kompozycja sklada sie z mocowanego do laty elementu w ksztalcie odcinka kola polaczonego piecioma promieniowymi listewkami odpowiednio z górnym krawedziakiem lub z pionowymi listewkami ograniczajacymi z obu stron kompozycje, 2) wykonane na powierzchni kazdej z poziomych listew wypelniajacych pole pomiedzy pozioma lata i dolnym krawedziakiem obramowania segmentu dwa ozdobne wzdluzne rowki.Fig. 1 Fig. 2FIG. 1FIG. 2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a fence segment made of wood and intended for the construction of decorative fences and fences. Fence segments with a frame composed of two identical vertical squares connected at the top and bottom by straight squares are known. Below the upper ends, the vertical squares are connected parallel to the upper square of the lath. The horizontal lath and the lower square of the frame are connected at equal distances by two vertical laths. On both sides of the vertical laths, horizontal slats of equal width are alternately attached to the vertical elements, completely filling the interior of the frame below the horizontal lath. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the fence segment, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the components, giving the segment a unique and original appearance. In the area between the upper edge and the parallel edge of the segment, three identical compositions are arranged, separated by a single vertical slat. Each composition consists of a wooden element in the shape of a circular segment attached to the slat, connected by five radial slats to the upper edge or to vertical slats bordering the composition on both sides. Two decorative stringers are made on the surface of each horizontal slat filling the area between the horizontal edge of the slat and the lower edge of the segment frame. The industrial design object can be made in any size and proportion, from any wood, with any surface, in the raw or impregnated state, and in any color or color combination. The industrial design is shown in two versions in the drawing and photographs, of which Fig. 1 shows a segment used for constructing high fences, and Fig. 2 shows a segment used in low fences. The essential features of the industrial design are: 1) three identical compositions arranged in the field between the upper edge and the parallel edge of the fence, separated by a single vertical slat, each composition consisting of a circular segment-shaped element attached to the fence, connected by five radial slats to the upper edge or to vertical slats bordering the composition on both sides, respectively; 2) two decorative longitudinal grooves made on the surface of each of the horizontal slats filling the field between the horizontal edge of the fence and the lower edge of the segment frame.
