Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac segmentu ogrodzeniowego przejawiajaca sie w ksztal- cie i ukladzie elementów skladowych i nadajaca segmentowi swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Segment ogrodzeniowy przedstawiony jest w widoku od strony czolowej w dwóch odmia- nach na fotografiach fot.1 i fot.2. Segment ogrodzeniowy ma obramowanie utworzone z dwóch pionowych krawedziaków polaczonych od dolu prostym krawedziakiem poziomym a od góry krawedziakiem w ksztalcie luku. W poblizu górnych konców pionowe krawedziaki polaczone sa pozioma lata. W srodku pola pomiedzy lata a górnym krawedziakiem usytuowane sa stykajace sie grzbietami dwie listwy w ksztalcie luków, z których jedna mocowana jest koncami do górnego krawedziaka a druga do poziomej laty. Z lewej i prawej strony listew w ksztalcie luków mocowane sa po trzypionowe listwy, a w kazdym z pól pomiedzy nimi osadzona jest pionowa szeroka listwa obu- stronnie lukowo wycieta. Odmiany wzoru przemyslowego róznia sie rodzajem wypelnienia pola w obramowaniu ponizej poziomej laty. Na fot.1 pokazano odmiane segmentu, w której pozioma lata i dolny krawedziak obramo- wania polaczone sa w srodku pionowa lata. Kazcie z powstalych pól wypelnione jest dwiema warstwami ulozonych przemiennie listew o jednakowej szerokosci usytuowanych pod katem okolo 45° w stosunku do pionowych krawedziaków, przy czym listwy w jednym prostokatnym polu sa prostopadle do listew w drugim polu. Warstwy ukosnych listew w kazdym polu prze- dzielone sa listewkami prostopadlymi do ukosnych listew. Na fot.2 pokazano odmiane segmentu, w której pozioma lata i dolny krawedziak obramo- wania polaczone sa w równych odleglosciach trzema pionowymi latami. Z obu stron piono- wych lat przemiennie mocowane sa do elementów pionowych poziome listwy o jednakowej szerokosci wypelniajace calkowicie wnetrze obramowania. The essence of the design is a new form of the fence segment, manifested in the shape and arrangement of its components, giving it a unique and original appearance. The fence segment is shown in a frontal view in two versions in photographs 1 and 2. The fence segment has a frame composed of two vertical squares connected at the bottom by a straight horizontal square and at the top by an arc-shaped square. Near the upper ends, the vertical squares are connected by a horizontal beam. In the center of the field, between the laths and the upper edge, are two arc-shaped slats, one attached at their ends to the upper edge, the other to the horizontal lath. Three vertical slats are attached to the left and right of the arc-shaped slats, and in each field, a wide vertical slat is set between them, with arcs cut on both sides. Variations of the industrial design differ in the type of filling in the field in the frame below the horizontal lath. Photo 1 shows a segment variant in which the horizontal lath and the lower edge of the frame are connected in the center by a vertical lath. Each of the resulting fields is filled with two layers of alternating strips of equal width, positioned at approximately 45° angles to the vertical slats, with the strips in one rectangular field perpendicular to the strips in the other field. The layers of diagonal strips in each field are separated by strips perpendicular to the diagonal strips. Photo 2 shows a segment variation in which the horizontal slat and the lower slat of the frame are connected at equal distances by three vertical slats. Horizontal strips of equal width are alternately attached to the vertical elements on both sides of the vertical slats, completely filling the interior of the frame. The industrial design object can be made in any size and proportion, from any wood, with any surface, in raw or impregnated state, and in any colors and color combinations.
