Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest segment ogrodzeniowy wykonany zwlaszcza z drewna i przeznaczony do budowy ozdobnych parkanów i plotów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac segmentu ogrodzeniowego przejawiajaca sie w ksztal- cie i ukladzie elementów skladowych i nadajaca segmentowi swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Segment ogrodzeniowy przedstawiony jest na fotografii w widoku od strony czolowej. Segment ogrodzeniowy ma ksztalt prostokata. Obramowanie segmentu tworza dwa pio- nowe i dwa poziome krawedziaki polaczone koncami: Pod górnym poziomym krawedziakiem znajduje sie poziomy wewnetrzny krawedziak, a w polu pomiedzy nimi umieszczone sa trzy przedzielone dwiema pionowymi listewkami kraty, kazda zlozona z dwóch ukosnych prosto- padlych do siebie listewek, oddzielone od pionowych krawedziaków obramowania trzema pionowymi listewkami, z których srodkowa jest obrócona w osi o 45°. Wewnetrzny poziomy krawedziak polaczony jest w osi symetrii pionowa lata z dolnym krawedziakiem obramowa-nia. Pola po obu stronach laty wypelnione sa poziomymi listwami o jednakowej szerokosci. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego moze byc wykonany w dowolnych wielkosciach i propor- cjach, z dowolnego drewna o dowolnych powierzchniach w stanie surowym i impregnowa- nym oraz w dowolnych kolorach i zestawieniach kolorystycznych. The essence of the pattern is a new form of the fencing segment, which manifests itself in the shape and arrangement of the components and gives the segment a specific and original look. The segment's border consists of two vertical and two horizontal edges connected by ends: Under the upper horizontal edge there is a horizontal inner edge, and in the field between them there are three lattices separated by two vertical laths, each one composed of two oblique perpendicular strips, separated by from the vertical edges of the border with three vertical slats, the central one of which is rotated in the axis by 45 °. The inner horizontal edging is connected along the vertical summer symmetry with the lower edging of the border. The fields on both sides of the summer are filled with horizontal slats of the same width. The object of the decorative pattern can be made in any size and proportion, from any wood of any surface, raw and impregnated, and in any colors and color combinations. PL
