Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest segment ogrodzeniowy wykonany zwlaszcza z drewna i przeznaczony do budowy ozdobnych parkanów i plotów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac segmentu ogrodzeniowego przejawiajaca sie w ksztal- cie i ukladzie elementów skladowych i nadajaca segmentowi swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Segment ogrodzeniowy przedstawiony jest na fotografii w widoku od strony czolowej. Segment ogrodzeniowy ma ksztalt prostokata. Obramowanie segmentu tworza dwa pio- nowe i dwa poziome krawedziaki polaczone koncami: Do dolnego poziomego krawedziaka asymetrycznie mocowany jest dolny koniec pionowej laty krótszej od pionowych krawedzia- ków. Do górnego konca pionowej laty mocowany jest koniec poziomej laty przytwierdzonej drugim koncem do pionowego krawedziaka. Z naroznikiem utworzonym prze obie laty pola- czona jest ukosna lata mocowana koncami do obramowania segmentu i usytuowana do kra- wedziaków pod katem 45°. Pole pomiedzy górna czescia obramowania a lata ukosna i latapozioma wypelnione jest tworzacymi krate frezowanymi latami równoleglymi i prostopadlymi do ukosnej laty. Pod krata pola z obu stron pionowej laty wypelnione sa poziomymi listwami o jednakowej szerokosci, jak na fotografii. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego moze byc wykonany w dowolnych wielkosciach i propor- cjach, z dowolnego drewna o dowolnych powierzchniach w stanie surowym i impregnowa- nym oraz w dowolnych kolorach i zestawieniach kolorystycznych. The end of the horizontal summer is attached to the upper end of the vertical summer, which is attached with the other end to the vertical binder. A diagonal summer is connected to the corner formed by both years, fixed with its ends to the segment frame and positioned to the edges at an angle of 45 °. The field between the upper part of the border and the oblique years and the horizontal years is filled with milled lattices forming lattices parallel and perpendicular to the oblique summer. Under the lattice, the fields on both sides of the vertical lath are filled with horizontal slats of the same width as in the photo.
