PALETA TRANSPORTOWA Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac drewnianej palety transportowej z elementami odblaskowymi przejawiajaca sie w barwie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, stanowiacym jednoczesnie zbiorcze zestawienie przedstawionych w widoku perspektywicznym odmian wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym numeracja odmian wzoru przemyslowego odpowiada numeracji figur na zbiorczym zestawienia I tak: pierwsza odmiane przedstawiono na fig. 1, druga odmiane na fig. 2 , trzecia odmiane na fig. 3 , czwarta odmiane na fig. 4 , a piata odmiane na fig. S . Paleta wedlug wszystkich pieciu odmian wzoru ma ksztalt niepelnego prostopadloscianu oraz posiada istotne cechy dotyczace barwy i wlasciwosci powierzchni. Paleta wedlug wzoru posiada zasadniczo ksztalt azurowego prostopadloscianu wykonanego z drewna, przy czym podstawa górna wykonana jest z odseparowanych od siebie plaskich elementów drewnianych polaczonych w swej górnej, srodkowej i dolnej czesci poprzecznymi plaskimi elementami drewnianymi laczacymi ja dziewiecioma masywnymi drewnianymi klockami dystansowymi z podstawa dolna, która stanowia przymocowane do nich trzy plaskie elementy drewniane. Masywne drewniane klocki dystansowe rozmieszczone sa odpowiednio w narozach palety, w polowie szerokosci kazdego boku oraz w przecieciu osi podluznej i poprzecznej palety. Plaskie elementy drewniane stanowiace powierzchnie dolna palety umocowane sa przy brzegach oraz w srodkowej jej czesci do masywnych klocków dystansowych. Masywne drewniane klocki dystansowe polaczone sa z podstawa górna i dolna w taki sposób, ze tworza konstrukcje palety. Deski podstawy sa obustronnie frezowane a naroza palety sciete. Paleta wedlug wzoru przedstawiona na fig 1 rysunku ma pomaranczowe plaszczyzny odblaskowe na zewnetrznych plaszczyznach naroznych masywnych drewnianych klockówdystansowych, zas przedstawiona na fig 2 ma pomaranczowe plaszczyzny odblaskowe na zewnetrznych plaszczyznach wszystkich masywnych drewnianych klocków dystansowych. Palety w przedstawionych odmianach wykonania posiadaja korzystnie wymiary 1200x800 i 1200x1000, a ich plaszczyzny odblaskowe moga byc wykonane w odcieniach koloru pomaranczowego.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 Fig.4 Fig.5 PL PLTRANSPORT PALLET The subject of the industrial design is a new and unique form of a wooden transport pallet with reflective elements, manifesting itself in its color, surface properties, and the relative positioning of individual elements constituting the design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, which also constitutes a collective summary of variants of the industrial design presented in a perspective view, with the numbering of the variants of the industrial design corresponding to the numbering of the figures in the collective summary: the first variant is shown in Fig. 1, the second variant in Fig. 2, the third variant in Fig. 3, the fourth variant in Fig. 4, and the fifth variant in Fig. S. According to all five variants of the design, the pallet has the shape of an incomplete cuboid and has significant features relating to color and surface properties. The pallet, according to the design, is essentially an open-work cuboid made of wood, with the upper base made of separated flat wooden elements connected at the top, middle, and bottom by transverse flat wooden elements, connecting it with nine massive wooden spacer blocks to the lower base, which consists of three flat wooden elements attached to them. The massive wooden spacer blocks are positioned at the corners of the pallet, midway along each side, and at the intersection of the pallet's longitudinal and transverse axes. The flat wooden elements constituting the lower surface of the pallet are attached to the massive spacer blocks at the edges and in the middle. The massive wooden spacer blocks are connected to the upper and lower bases to form the pallet's structure. The base boards are milled on both sides, and the pallet's corners are chamfered. The pallet according to the design shown in Figure 1 has orange reflective surfaces on the outer surfaces of the massive wooden spacer blocks, while the pallet shown in Figure 2 has orange reflective surfaces on the outer surfaces of all the massive wooden spacer blocks. In another variation, the pallet shown in Figure 3 has orange reflective surfaces on all of its outer side surfaces of all the massive wooden spacer blocks, while in Figure 4, orange reflective surfaces on all of the side surfaces of all the massive wooden spacer blocks. Another variation of the pallet design may have all orange reflective surfaces, as shown in Figure 5.
