Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac palety, nadana jej przez ksztalt oraz cechy linii i konturów, a takze przez uformowanie powierzchni, przejawiajaca sie w barwie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. The essence of an industrial design is a new and individual form of the palette, given to it by the shape and characteristics of lines and contours, as well as by the formation of the surface, manifested in color, surface properties, and the mutual positioning of the individual elements that make up the design.

Paleta, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym wykonana jest z drewna oraz z mieszaniny tworzywa sztucznego pochodzacego z recyklingu i wypelniacza. The pallet, in keeping with industrial design, is made of wood and a mixture of recycled plastic and filler.

According to the design, the pallet essentially has the shape of an open-work cuboid made of wood, with the upper base made of separated flat wooden elements connected in their upper, middle, and lower parts by transverse flat wooden elements connecting them with nine massive spacer blocks made of a mixture of recycled plastic and filler, with the lower base consisting of three flat wooden elements attached to them. Solid spacer blocks made of a plastic mixture are positioned at the pallet corners, midway along each side, and at the intersection of the pallet's longitudinal and transverse axes. Flat wooden elements constituting the bottom surface of the pallet are attached to solid spacer blocks at the edges and in the middle. The solid wooden spacer blocks are connected to the upper and lower bases to form the pallet's structure. The pallet corners are cut on one side only.
