W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, glowica przyrzadu zmywajacego wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyce, strukturze, materiale oraz jego ornamentacji. Element mocujacy jest wystepami polaczony z lacznikiem majacym ksztalt zblizony do splaszczonego torusa. Lacznik jest obejmowany uchwytem raczki przyrzadu zmywajacego. Uchwyt stanowi ucho majace lekko zbiezne ku dolowi ramiona i u góry szyjkowy, sciety poziomo, wystep zachodzacy z lekkim uwypukleniem na scianki przednia i tylna ramion uchwytu. Uchwyt jest przymocowany zakonczeniami jego ramion po srodku do czesci dolnej lacznika.Cechami istotnymi glowicy przyrzadu zmywajacego jest to, ze jest symetryczna wzgledem dwóch plaszczyzn symetrii wzdluznej i poprzecznej i ma podstawe oraz przegub uniwersalny skladajacy sie z elementu mocujacego, lacznika i uchwytu. Compared to similarly designed products of this type, the dishwashing device head is distinguished by its novel design, manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, materials, and ornamentation. The dishwasher head, according to an industrial design, is characterized by being symmetrical about two planes of longitudinal and transverse symmetry. It has a base and a universal joint consisting of a fastening element, a connector, and a handle grip. The base is made of a thick layer of material with an outline resembling an eye when viewed from above. The two rounded front and rear walls of the base interconnect to form sharp vertices, near which the upper wall of the base rises upward. On the upper wall, in the area near each vertex, the base may have a triangular outline, with its apex directed towards the apex of the head base and having a rounded opposite side, and in the center a V-shaped outline, from which three short segments extend. The base may have two rows of oval holes arranged lengthwise in areas adjacent to its rounded front and rear walls. The upper wall of the base is longitudinally connected in its central area to the mounting element of the head's universal joint. The mounting element is shaped like a rectangular plate with rounded corners, from which cuboid protrusions extend upward at the corners, with rounded edges and corners and an inner wall rounded at the top. The mounting element is connected by protrusions to a connector shaped like a flattened torus. The connector is gripped by the handle of the washing device. The handle is a handle with slightly tapered arms and a neck-like, horizontally beveled protrusion at the top, overlapping with a slight convexity on the front and rear walls of the handle arms. The handle is attached to the lower part of the connector at the center by the ends of its arms. The essential features of the head of the dishwashing device are that it is symmetrical about two planes of symmetry: longitudinal and transverse, and it has a base and a universal joint consisting of a mounting element, a connector, and a handle. The base is made of a thick layer of material with an outline resembling an eye when viewed from above. The two rounded walls, the front and rear of the base, interconnect to form sharp peaks, near which the upper wall of the base rises upward. On the upper wall, at each vertex, the base may have a triangle-like outline, with its apex pointing towards the head's base, and with a rounded opposite side. A V-shaped outline is drawn in the center, with three short segments extending from each arm. The base may have oval holes arranged longitudinally in two rows in the areas adjacent to its rounded front and rear walls. The upper wall of the base, in its central region, is longitudinally connected to the head's universal joint mounting element. The mounting element is shaped like a rectangular plate with rounded corners, from which cuboid protrusions extend upward at the corners, with rounded edges and corners and a rounded inner wall at the top. The mounting element is connected by protrusions to a connector similar to a flattened torus. The connector is gripped by the handle of the washing device. The connector is a handle with slightly tapered arms and a neck-like, horizontally cut protrusion at the top that overlaps with a slight convexity the front and rear walls of the connector arms. The connector is attached to the lower part of the connector at the center by the ends of its arms, as shown in the attached figures 1-20 of the drawing.
