Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik. Tego typu pojemnik jest stosowany zwlaszcza dla substancji odswiezajacej powietrze, wydzielajacej sie pod wplywem temperatury. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, pojemnik, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturów oraz barwie. Wzór pojemnika uwidoczniono na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig.2 - pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym od tylu, fig.3 - pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym od strony jednego boku, fig.4 -pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym od strony drugiego boku , fig.5 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku od góry, fig. 6 - pojemnik w widoku od spodu, fig.7 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym od góry. Pojemnik ma ksztalt splaszczonej od góry i od dolu kuli na pierscieniowej podstawie. Pojemnik jest z dwóch czesci : górnej i dolnej oddzielonych od siebie ukosnie poprowadzona obwodowa szczelina w kierunku od góry do dolu. W widoku od przodu górna czesc jest wyzsza i ma na swojej powierzchni dwaelementy o nieco ciemniejszej barwie . Jeden z nich ma ksztalt nieco wystajacego poza obrys pojemnika wycinka kola, opartego o cieciwe , która jest czescia obwodowej szczeliny pojemnika. Nad nim , w poblizu wierzcholka pojemnika znajduje sie drugi element w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata otoczonego prostokatna szczelina, a nad nim jest wybrzuszenie zwezajace sie do wierzcholka pojemnika. Natomiast w dolnej czesci, pod obwodowa szczelina pojemnika jest umieszczony okragly guzik o ciemniejszej barwie, wystajacy na zewnatrz. W widoku od tylu dolna czesc pojemnika ma wieksza wysokosc i ma dwa wyciecia o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokatnego. Dolny brzeg wyciec jest' nieco ukosny. Natomiast górna czesc pojemnika ma .dwa zblizone do prostokatnych wystepy, nieco krótsze niz wyciecia, które sa umieszczone w zaglebieniach dolnej czesci. W widoku 'z góry pojemnik ma ksztalt kolisty , a w centralnej czesci ma okragly otwór otoczony, wspólsrodkowym kolistym elementem, z obwodowym rantem i eliptycznym pierscieniem, ponizej którego sa trzy ukosnie uksztaltowane zebra, przedzielone rowkami zwezajacymi sie w jednym kierunku, usytuowane nad wybrzuszeniem widocznym od przodu pojemnika . W widoku od spodu pojemnik ma ksztalt kolisty , a w centralnej czesci , wewnatrz podstawy sa trzy ustawione prostopadle wzgledem siebie prostokatne wybrzuszenia , zbiegajace sie w jednym punkcie. This type of container is used particularly for air-freshening substances that release under the influence of temperature. Compared to similar products of this type, the container, according to the industrial design, is distinguished by its new form, manifesting itself in its shape, arrangement of lines and contours, and color. The container design is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a perspective view from the front; Fig. 2 shows the container in a perspective view from the back; Fig. 3 shows the container in a perspective view from one side; Fig. 4 shows the container in a perspective view from the other side; Fig. 5 shows the container in a top view; Fig. 6 shows the container in a bottom view; and Fig. 7 shows the container in a perspective view from the top. The container is shaped like a sphere, flattened from the top and bottom, on an annular base. The container consists of two parts: an upper and a lower part, separated by a diagonal circumferential slit running from top to bottom. Viewed from the front, the upper part is higher and features two slightly darker elements on its surface. One of these elements is shaped like a circular segment protruding slightly beyond the container's outline, resting on a chord, which is part of the container's circumferential slit. Above it, near the top of the container, is a second element, roughly rectangular in shape, surrounded by a rectangular slit. Above it is a bulge tapering to the top of the container. In the lower part, beneath the container's circumferential slit, is a darker round button protruding outward. Viewed from the back, the lower part of the container is taller and features two roughly rectangular cutouts. The lower edge of the cutouts is slightly diagonal. The upper part of the container has two nearly rectangular projections, slightly shorter than the cutouts, which are placed in the recesses of the lower part. Viewed from above, the container is circular, and in its central part, it has a circular opening surrounded by a concentric circular element, with a peripheral rim and an elliptical ring, below which are three diagonally shaped ribs, separated by grooves tapering in one direction, situated above a bulge visible from the front of the container. Viewed from below, the container is circular, and in the central part, inside the base, are three rectangular bulges arranged perpendicularly to each other, converging at a single point. The essential features of the container are that it has the shape of a sphere flattened from the top and bottom on an annular base, wherein the container is made of two parts: an upper and a lower one separated from each other by an oblique circumferential slit running from top to bottom, and in the front view the upper part is higher and has on its surface two elements of a slightly darker color, wherein one of them has the shape of a circle sector protruding slightly beyond the outline of the container, based on a chord which is part of the circumferential slit of the container, and above it, near the top of the container, there is a second element in the shape close to a rectangle surrounded by a rectangular slit, and above it there is a bulge narrowing to the top of the container, while in the lower part, under the circumferential slit of the container, there is a round button of a darker color protruding outwards, and in. in the rear view, the lower part of the container is higher and has two cutouts of a shape close to rectangular, with the lower edge of the cutouts being slightly oblique, while the upper part of the container has two protrusions close to rectangular, slightly shorter than the cutouts, which are placed in the recesses of the lower part, while in the top view, the container has a circular shape, and in the central part it has a round opening surrounded by a concentric circular element with a peripheral edge and an elliptical ring, below which there are three obliquely shaped ribs, separated by grooves narrowing in one direction, situated above the bulge visible from the front of the container.
