Natomiast wieczko ma ksztalt zblizony do niskiego stozka scietego otwartego od dolu i zamknietego plaskim dnem okraglym od góry, majacego nieco zakrzy- wione tworzace i lekko zaokraglona krawedz obwodowa od strony plaskiego dna, przy czym od przodu i przy dolnej krawedzi podstawy wieczko posiada drob- ny wystep o zarysie zblizonym do fragmentu owalu, ksztaltem odpowiadajacy pólowalnemu poziomo usytuowanemu wybraniu czesci zasadniczej zamkniecia do butelki i lezacy w jego osi symetrii, a od srodka, w poblizu plaskiego dna, element pierscieniowy ksztaltem odpowiadajacy wystajacej czesci cylindrycznej zamkniecia. Priority: 18 April 2001 WIPO The subject of the industrial design is a bottle closure. The industrial design for the bottle closure is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a bottle closure with an open lid, in a perspective view from above, Fig. 2 shows the same bottle closure with an open lid, in a side view, Fig. 3 shows the same bottle closure with a closed lid, in a side view, Fig. 4 shows the same bottle closure with a closed lid, in a front view, and Fig. 5 shows the same bottle closure with a closed lid, in a back view. The bottle closure has the form of a two-part block with a smooth surface consisting of a main part, which is mounted directly on the bottle, and a lid. According to the model, the bottle closure has, in the closed state, a shape close to a truncated cone, wherein the basic part of this closure has, in a side view and from each side, a shape close to an isosceles trapezoid with gently curved arms and has, from the front, a substantially semi-oval, horizontally situated shallow recess lying in the axis of symmetry of the closure, from the top and in the axis of symmetry of the closure, a short, upwardly protruding, cylindrical part in the shape of a ring, which is separated from the basic part by a flat flange resembling a round washer and a low narrowing resembling a conical washer, and on the sides and from the front, a handle attached to the lid side near the upper edge of the basic part of the closure, in the form of a profiled rod with a round cross-section and an outline in the shape of a symmetrical and a slightly deformed oval with an incomplete circumference and variable thickness, increasing from the mounting side of each end of the handle towards the front of the closure, which, in a side view, has the form of a curved bow protruding slightly beyond the outline of the main part of the closure. From the rear, the main part of the closure to the bottle has two elements for securing the lid in the form of two parallel plates in a shape close to a triangular outline and constituting an integral whole with the lid, which are situated symmetrically with respect to the axis of symmetry of the closure to the bottle and substantially equidistant from the shaped sockets securing the handle in the main part of the closure. The lid, on the other hand, has a shape similar to a low truncated cone, open at the bottom and closed with a flat, circular bottom at the top, having slightly curved generatrix and a slightly rounded peripheral edge on the side of the flat bottom, while from the front and at the lower edge of the base the lid has a small protrusion with an outline similar to a fragment of an oval, its shape corresponding to a horizontally located semi-oval recess of the main part of the bottle closure and lying on its axis of symmetry, and from the center, near the flat bottom, an annular element in its shape corresponding to the protruding cylindrical part of the closure.
