Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta, przeznaczona do nakladania na opakowania, w szczególnosci na butelki. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac etykiety w czterech odmianach, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i kolorystyce. Etykieta wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt prostokata, którego dluzsze boczne krawedzie zbiegaja sie u góry w stozek o ksztalcie pocisku, którego wierzcholek w miejscu zetkniecia krawedzi bocznych prostokata tworzy kat zblizony do prostego. Etykieta posiada obramowanie. W centralnej czesci etykiety umieszczony jest pionowo napis „zubr" napisany czcionka charakterystyczna, przy czym wszystkie litery posiadaja obwódke, zas nad litera „z" umieszczony jest sierpowaty element graficzny stylizowany na rogi zubra. Na etykiecie umieszczone sa dodatkowe elementy graficzne w postaci napisów, ikon i ksztaltów geometrycznych w róznych zestawieniach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia etykiete w pierwszej odmianie, fig. 2 etykiete w drugiej odmianie, fig. 3 etykiete w trzeciej odmianie, a fig. 4 etykiete w czwartej odmianie.Wykaz odmian wzoru przemyslowego: 1. The essence of the industrial design is a new label form in four variations, manifesting itself in shape, line layout, and color. The label, according to the industrial design, is a rectangle whose longer side edges converge at the top into a bullet-shaped cone, the apex of which, where the rectangle's side edges meet, forms a nearly right angle. The label has a border. In the central part of the label, the inscription "zubr" is vertically placed in a distinctive font, with all letters bordered. Above the letter "z" is a crescent-shaped graphic element stylized to resemble the horns of a zubr. The label features additional graphic elements in the form of inscriptions, icons, and geometric shapes in various combinations. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the label in the first variant, Fig. 2 the label in the second variant, Fig. 3 the label in the third variant, and Fig. 4 the label in the fourth variant.
