Pro¬ ces wytwarzania zaczyna sie z chwila zaprzedzenia.W tym celu kanalem 6 wprowadza sie do wnetrza przedzacej komory 1 odcinek gotowej przedzy, któ¬ rej koniec laczy sie natychmiast z wirujacymi wlók¬ nami. 10 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL67641 KL. 76c, 24/01 MKP DOlh 1/08 Published: 14.IV.1973 Co-inventors of the invention: Ryszard Józwicki, Henryk Kubica Patent owner: Textile Research Institute, Łódź (Poland) Device for producing yarn from natural and chemical fibers The subject of the invention is a device for producing yarn from natural and chemical fibers according to patent no. 66462. The subject of the main patent application is a device for producing yarn from natural and chemical fibers by the method of pneumatic spinning with the use of a stationary vortex, consisting of a spinning chamber in the shape of a cylinder, connected on one side to a source of negative pressure, and on the other side closed by a partition with a concentric channel for an outlet for the produced yarn and screw channels on the periphery for supplying air to the spinning chamber. The spinning chamber of this device has air guides installed on its periphery, between the connection to the vacuum source and the partition. Between these guides and the partition, the outlet of the raw material supply channel is located in the chamber wall. The device according to the invention differs from the device according to the main patent No. 66462 in that the raw material supply channel is located in the partition of the spinning chamber, and the yarn discharge channel is located inside the chamber. The subject of the invention is presented in an embodiment example in the drawing, which shows the device in longitudinal cross-section. 10 15 20 25 A device for producing yarn from natural and chemical fibres has a non-rotating spinning chamber 1 in the shape of a cylinder, which is connected on one side by a suction pipe 7 to a device generating the necessary negative pressure, and on the other side is closed by a partition 2 in the form of a disc or a guide rail with channels 3 for supplying air to the chamber. In the device, the channel 4 supplying raw material to the spinning chamber is located arbitrarily in the partition 2 so that in the case of using a partition in the form of a guide rail, the raw material supply channel can be one of the channels of this guide rail. At a short distance from the partition 2, the main air guides 5 are mounted. The inlets of these guides, the number of which depends on the type of raw material processed and the properties of the yarn produced, are situated tangentially to the inner wall of the spinning chamber 1. Inside the spinning chamber 1, in a plane perpendicular to the plane of rotation of the ring of fibres, there is a channel 6 for discharging the yarn being produced, the inlet to this channel being located between the air guides 5 and the partition 2, while the outlet is located in the wall of the spinning chamber 1 between the main air guide 5 and the suction pipe 7. The method of operation of the device according to the invention is as follows: after switching on the device producing 87 6413 67 641 4 under negative pressure, fibers are sucked in through channel 4 and enter the air vortex caused by the appropriate selection of the amount and speed of air sucked in from the main guide vanes 5, creating a ring of fibers rotating in one plane. The manufacturing process begins at the moment of overwinding. To this end, one section of finished yarn is introduced into the spinning chamber through channel 6, the end of which immediately connects with the rotating fibers. The yarn is formed and given a twist by screwing the fibers from the rotating ring onto the continuously taken-up section of yarn. 10 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
