Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke i material wytworu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku i fotografii. Uchwyt meblowy ma postac splaszczonego w ksztalcie zblizonym do elipsy skreconego preta na jego dlugosci, powodujac przebieg linii krzywizny z czesci zewnetrznej jednego konca uchwytu meblowego do czesci wewnetrz- nej drugiego konca uchwytu meblowego i odwrotnie, jak pokazano na fig. 1, 2 i 3. Uchwyt meblowy posiada po jednym otworze mocujacym umieszczo- nym w koncówkach eliptycznych, jak pokazano na fig.2. Uchwyt meblowy jest wykonany jako odlew ze stopu cynku Z41A i moze miec wykonczenie cynkowo-miedziowo niklowe, cynkowo-miedziowo- niklowo-chromowe lub mosiadzowane i pokryte lakierem bezbarwnym, lubmosiadzowane i patynowane pokryte lakierem bezbarwnym, lub moze byc lakierowane proszkowo lub bez powloki ochronnej.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle. The industrial design constitutes a new and unique form of a product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of the product's lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The subject of the industrial design is shown in a drawing and photograph. The furniture handle takes the form of a rod, flattened into a shape close to an ellipse, twisted along its length, causing a line of curvature to run from the exterior of one end of the furniture handle to the interior of the other end of the furniture handle, and vice versa, as shown in Figures 1, 2, and 3. The furniture handle has one mounting hole located in each of the elliptical ends, as shown in Figure 2. The furniture handle is made of a Z41A zinc alloy casting and can have a zinc-copper-nickel, zinc-copper-nickel-chrome or brass-plated finish with a clear lacquer coating, or brass-plated and patinated with a clear lacquer coating, or it can be powder-coated or without a protective coating.
