Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidual- ny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke i material wytworu. Nowosc wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym charak- terem odmiennym od znanych uchwytów meblowych i polega na nadaniu ksztaltu w postaci wybrzuszonej litery „C" z koncówkami mocujacymi w ksztalcie stozkowego kolanka, wykonany jako odlew stopu cynku pokryty galwanicznie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku. Uchwyt meblowy ma ksztalt zblizony do wybrzuszonej litery C z koncówka- mi mocujacymi w ksztalcie stozkowego kolanka, z nagwintowanymi otwora- mi wykonanymi prostopadle do mocowanego mebla, jak pokazano fig. 1 i 2. Uchwyt meblowy jest wykonany jako odlew stopu cynku Z41A. Wykonczenie moze byc mosiadzowane i pokryte lakierem bezbarwnym lub mosiadzowane, patynowane i pokryte lakierem bezbarwnym lub miedziowa- ne, patynowane i pokryte lakierem bezbarwnym albo lakierowane proszko- wo.Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi uchwyt meblowy zblizony ksztaltem do wybrzuszonej litery „C" z koncówkami mocujacymi w ksztalcie stozkowego kolanka, wykonany jako odlew ze stopu cynku Z41A, pokryty galwanicznie oraz lakierem bezbarwnym.Fig . 1 Fig . 2 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle. The subject of the industrial design is a new and unique form of a product, given to it in particular by the features of the product's lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The novelty of the industrial design is characterized by an individual character different from known furniture handles and consists in the shape of a bulging letter "C" with conical elbow-shaped fastening ends, made as a galvanically coated zinc alloy casting. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing. The furniture handle has a shape similar to a bulging letter C with conical elbow-shaped fastening ends, with threaded holes drilled perpendicular to the furniture being mounted, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2. The furniture handle is made as a Z41A zinc alloy casting. The finish can be brass plated and covered with clear varnish or brass plated, patinated and covered with clear varnish or copper plated, patinated and covered with clear varnish or powder coated. The essential features of the industrial design are a furniture handle in the shape of a convex letter "C" with conical elbow-shaped fastening ends, made as a cast from Z41A zinc alloy, electroplated and covered with clear varnish.
