Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie generatora pary do zelazka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia generator na pare do zelazka w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- generator w widoku z góry, fig.3- generator w widoku z dolu, fig.4- generator w widoku z przodu, fig.5- generator w widoku z tylu, fig.6- generator w widoku z boku, a fig.7- generator w widoku z drugiego boku.Generator pary do zelazka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: generator pary ma ksztalt bryly bedacej polaczeniem dwóch czesci walców o róznych srednicach, przy czym pozioma sciana górna czesci lewej jest polozona ponizej skosnej sciany górnej czesci prawej. W polu sciany górnej czesci lewej generatora znajduja sie dwa pokretla, dwa przyciski oraz dwa wskazniki swietlne, zas w polu sciany górnej czesci prawej znajduje sie wkladka majaca, w widoku z góry, zarys trapezu równoramiennego z lukowatymi podstawami. Na scianie górnej wkladki znajduje sie wiele zeber skierowanych pod katem do powierzchni tej sciany. W polu sciany dolnej generatora pary widocznych jest piec nózek oraz grupa równoleglych szczelin. Ponadto, generator pary podzielony jest obwodowa linia podzialowa na czesc dolna i górna, przy czym od strony tylnej, na linii podzialowej widoczne sa dwa obszary, kolisty i owalny, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do fig.7.FIG.1FIG.2FIG.3 FIG.4FIG.5 FIG.6FIG.7 PL PL1/Markus Orthey 2/Ludwig Littmann The design registration right is valid from: 21 October 2003 Priority: 22 April 2003 (WIPO) The subject of the industrial design is a steam generator for an iron. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the steam generator for an iron. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a steam generator for an iron in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the generator in a top view, Fig. 3 - the generator in a bottom view, Fig. 4 - the generator in a front view, Fig. 5 - the generator in a back view, Fig. 6 - the generator in a side view, and Fig. 7 - the generator in a view from the other side. The steam generator for an iron according to the industrial design has the following essential features: the steam generator has the shape of a solid being a combination of two cylindrical parts of different diameters, with the horizontal upper wall of the left part being located below the sloping upper wall of the right part. The upper wall area of the left side of the generator contains two knobs, two buttons, and two indicator lights. The upper wall area of the right side contains an insert that, when viewed from above, has the outline of an isosceles trapezoid with arcuate bases. The upper wall of the insert contains a plurality of ribs directed at an angle to the surface of this wall. The lower wall area of the steam generator contains five legs and a group of parallel slots. Furthermore, the steam generator is divided by a circumferential dividing line into lower and upper sections.
