Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wzór plakietki reklamowej w postaci nadruku nanoszonego na karton, folie lub papier. Wzór ten wykorzystywany jest jako plakietka reklamowa do wyrobów odziezowych, w tym szczególnie do kapeluszy. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac plakietki, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ukladzie i kolorystyce przedstawionego na nim rysunku, który w odróznieniu od rysunków na dotychczas spotykanych opakowaniach przedstawia: - nietypowy rysunek z krótkimi napisami, w którym dominuja kolory pomaranczowy i niebieski, a ponadto - oznaczenie producenta, które pokazane zostalo w centralnej czesci rysunku. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony zostal na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia plakietke, natomiast fig. 2 do 5 - przedstawiaja kolejne odmiany plakietki. W celu lepszego zobrazowania zglaszanego do ochrony wzoru przemyslowego i jego odmian dodatkowo zalaczone zostaly barwne fotografie wzoru - odpowiednio fig.la, 2a, 3a, 4a i 5a. Plakietka pokazana na rysunku fig. 1 - charakteryzuje sie tym, ze stanowi ja prostokat z umieszczona na jego srodku kwadratowa ramka, wykonana nierównymi liniami. The industrial design registration right has been in effect since March 21, 2003. The industrial design is a design for an advertising badge in the form of a print applied to cardboard, foil, or paper. This design is used as an advertising badge for clothing products, particularly hats. The essence of the design is a new form of the badge, manifested in the original layout and color scheme of the drawing presented on it. This design, unlike drawings on previously encountered packaging, features: - an unusual design with short inscriptions, dominated by the colors orange and blue, and - the manufacturer's designation, which is shown in the central part of the drawing. The industrial design is presented in drawings, in which Figure 1 shows the badge, while Figures 2 to 5 show subsequent variations of the badge. To better illustrate the industrial design and its variants, color photographs of the design submitted for protection are also attached – Fig. 1a, 2a, 3a, 4a, and 5a, respectively. The plaque shown in Fig. 1 is characterized by a rectangle with a square frame in the center, executed with uneven lines. In the center of the frame is a fanciful drawing of a hat, also executed with two "carelessly" drawn lines, the lower, longer one imitating the brim of a hat, while the upper, semicircular one imitates the top of the hat. Beneath the hat, within the frame, is the inscription "Athalia." The composition is additionally decorated with four dots placed in the upper, left-hand part of the plaque, and three similar "carelessly" drawn dots placed in the lower, right-hand part of the plaque.
