PLThe subject of the industrial design is a set of bathroom accessories, COLLECTION 13, designed for hanging and displaying toiletries such as towels, toilet paper, soap, dishes and containers for toiletries, and clothing items. The essence of the set, as defined by the industrial design, is a new form of bathroom accessories, manifested in the set's shape, and its common feature is the repetitive appearance of the mounting element and the finish of the remaining parts of the set. Previously known bathroom accessories designed for toiletries are characterized by the fact that the wall mounting hooks are covered with elements concealing the screws and hooks. The external saddle-shaped elements match the ends of the body of the item, for example, a shelf, toilet paper holder, or soap dish, with which they form a connected whole. The subject of the industrial design is shown in a schematic representation in the drawing, which shows individual variants of the design in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8, Fig. 9 and Fig. 10, and for better illustration of these variants of the design in photographs according to Fig. 11, Fig. 12, Fig. 13, Fig. 14, Fig. 15, Fig. 16, Fig. 17, Fig. 18, Fig. 19 and Fig. 20, respectively. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawing in Fig. 1 and the photograph in Fig. 11, showing a double-sided hanger, are that the fastening element consists of a cover similar in shape to one half of an eggshell, on the surface of which is located an elongated tongue releasably embedded in a recess of a second, larger elongated tongue constituting an extension of the cover surface. The fastening element is provided at the bottom with a barrel-shaped handle, which is mounted on a pin inside the cover, and a section of a round rod, terminated with bulges at both ends, passes longitudinally through the barrel-shaped handle. A rectangular, curved flap with rounded corners is movably mounted on this rod. The essential features of the industrial design as shown in Fig. 6 and the photograph in Fig. 16, showing a four-piece hanger, are that the hanger's mounting elements are shaped as in Fig. 1 and are provided at the bottom with single pins mounted inside the cover, and on the outside supporting an arc-shaped section of the round rod on which four mushroom-shaped hangers are mounted. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawing in Fig. 7 and the photograph in Fig. 17 showing a shelf with a frame are that the shelf mounting elements have the shape as in Fig. 1 and are provided at the bottom with railing ends which are mounted inside the cover, and under the railing there is a transparent elongated plate supported by thin, arched rods. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawing in Fig. 8 and the photograph in Fig. 18 showing a shower soap dish are that the soap dish mounting element has the shape as in Fig. 1 and is provided at the bottom with a circular rod bent at a right angle connected to an oval-shaped rod to which bent rods are attached from below, forming a soap dish basket. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawing in Fig. 9 and the photograph in Fig. 19, showing a movable two-arm hanger, are manifest in that the two fastening elements have the shapes as in Fig. 1 and are reversed with their lower parts towards each other and are further connected by these parts to a vertical set of movable sleeves to which two long, arc-bent arms in the form of round rods are attached perpendicularly. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawing in Fig. 10 and the photograph in Fig. 20, showing a soap container holder, are manifest in that the fastening element has the shape as in Fig. 1 and is provided at the bottom with a round rod bent at a right angle connected to a circularly bent rod supporting the soap container. All external parts of the bathroom accessories set, such as larger elongated tongues, rods, sleeves, baskets, and hangers, have glossy surfaces, while the covers and elongated tongues in the fastening elements have matte surfaces.
