Istote zestawu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac akcesoriów lazienkowych przejawiajaca sie w ksztaltach zestawu, a wspólna jego cecha jes t powtarzalny wyglad elementu mocujacego oraz wykonczenie pozostalych czesci tego zestawu. Znane dotychczas akcesoria lazienkowe przeznaczone do przyborów toaletowych charakteryzuja sie tym, ze na zaczepy mocujace do sciany nalozone sa elementy maskujace sruby i te zaczepy. Elementy maskujace sa dopasowane swym siodelkowym ksztaltem zewnetrznym do ksztaltu korpusu cjanego przedmiotu, przykladowo pólki, wieszaka do papieru toaletowego, mydelniczki, z którymi tworzy polaczona calosc. The essence of the set, as defined by the industrial design, is a new form of bathroom accessories, manifested in the set's shape, and its common feature is the repetitive appearance of the mounting element and the finish of the remaining parts of the set. Previously known bathroom accessories designed for toiletries are characterized by the fact that the wall mounting hooks are covered with elements concealing the screws and hooks. The saddle-like external shape of these concealing elements matches the shape of the body of the item being mounted, for example, a shelf, toilet paper holder, or soap dish, with which they form a connected whole. The subject of the industrial design is shown in a schematic representation in a collective drawing, which shows individual variants of the design in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7 and Fig. 8, and for a better illustration of these variants of the design, respectively in the drawings according to Fig. 9, Fig. 10, Fig. 11, Fig. 12, Fig. 13, Fig. 14, Fig. 15, Fig. 16. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawings in Fig. 1 and Fig. 9 showing a long towel holder are manifested in that two fastening elements spaced apart from each other consist of covers having the external appearance of cuboids, the front parts of which are connected by an elongated element with a rectangular cross-section, applied from the front to both covers. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawings in Fig. 2 and Fig. 10, showing a short bathtub handle, are that two fastening elements, spaced a short distance apart, consist of covers having a shape as in Fig. 1, the frontal parts of which are connected by a short elongated element with a rectangular cross-section, applied from the frontal side to both covers. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawings in Fig. 3 and Fig. 10, showing a toilet brush holder, are that the fastening element has the shape of a cuboid, to the frontal part of which a ring of relatively large diameter with a side cut-out part on its circumference is permanently attached in a horizontal plane. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawings in Fig. 4 and Fig. 12, showing a cup or soap dish handle, are that the fastening element has the shape of a cuboid, to the front part of which a ring of relatively small diameter with a side cut-out part on its circumference is permanently attached in a horizontal plane. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawings in Fig. 5 and Fig. 13, showing a toilet paper holder with a flap, are that two fastening elements, spaced a short distance apart, consist of covers having the shape as in Fig. 1, between which a bent rod with an upwardly folding rectangular flap with rounded corners is situated in the side vertical recesses. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawings in Fig. 6 and Fig. 14, showing a toilet paper holder, are that two fastening elements spaced a short distance apart consist of covers having the shape as in Fig. 1, between which a straight rod section is situated in the side vertical recesses. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawings in Fig. 7 and Fig. 15, showing a hanger with four hooks, are that two fastening elements spaced apart consist of covers having the shape as in Fig. 1, the front parts of which are connected by an elongated element with a rectangular cross-section, applied from the front to both covers. The elongated element has four evenly spaced hangers on its front side in the form of vertically arranged flat protrusions forming a hook-like ending of each protrusion. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawings in Fig. 8 and Fig. 16, showing an oval hanger, are manifest in that the fastening element consists of a cover in the shape of Fig. 1 and has in its front part an opening in the form of a slot in which an oval handle made of a rod with a circular cross-section is mounted. An essential feature of the industrial design in all varieties is also that the company logo is placed on each cover in its lateral outer part.
